Reciprocal Transfers. Teachers who wish to be considered for a reciprocal transfer with another Teacher for September 01 shall apply on the Reciprocal Transfer Form to the Superintendent of Education with secondary school staffing responsibilities by February 15 so that their names can be included on the System Reciprocal Transfer List.

Reciprocal Transfers. A reciprocal transfer involving a member(s) of the Bargaining Unit and a member(s) of another Bargaining Unit may occur under the following conditions:
Reciprocal Transfers. The parties agree to a system which would allow full-time employees to transfer to a part-time position in their classification and base without a vacancy being declared, provided a part-time employee in the same classification and base then assumes the full-time position of the employee. Full-time and part-time employees would be required to submit their request confirming their desire to transfer no later than thirty (30) days prior to a shift bid. The Company and the Union will review these requests and action those which match, in order of seniority, and subject to receiving final acceptance of the employees involved within forty-eight (48) hours. The transfer will take effect with the new shift bid, but may be delayed as necessary in order to ensure the employees involved receive the notice required under Article 1 2.04. LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 4 ANTI-HARASSMENT TRAINING The Company agrees to set up a mandatory one (1 ) day anti-harassment training course for all bargaining unit members and supervisors. The time off and training facilities will be paid by the Company and Unifor will provide the trainer. It is also agreed this course will become part of the new hire training.
Reciprocal Transfers. Reciprocal transfers between members of the same rank in similar assignments who have completed their probationary period may be made consistent with the Division transfer policy and with appropriate prior approval, provided that no such transfer shall negate or prevent any transfer which would otherwise be made pursuant to the voluntary transfer provisions.

The system list of all Teachers requesting a reciprocal transfer shall be posted in all secondary schools and workplaces by March The purpose of the System Reciprocal Transfer List is to allow any Teacher, whether that Teacher’s name is on the list or not, to contact a Teacher whose name is on the System Reciprocal Transfer List to discuss the feasibility of a reciprocal transfer in accordance with Article Reciprocal transfers shall receive priority consideration insofar as possible during the staffing process. E pair of Teachers and their receiving Principals shall agree to the reciprocal transfer before such transfer is effected. Subject to the program needs of the school, the Principal(s) shall not unreasonably withhold approval for such transfer. It is understood that a transfer may be denied if a Teacher is currently on the “under review” or similar process or currently teaching on a Letter of Permission. A Teacher may not enter into a reciprocal transfer if that Teacher is unqualified for the position sought. The parties shall advise the Superintendent of Education with secondary school staffing responsibilities in writing of their agreement on the reciprocal transfer proposal. Written approval will be provided by the Superintendent of Education with secondary school staffing responsibilities to the Teachers and Principals with a copy forwarded to the Human Resource Services Department. Once the reciprocal transfer is confirmed the Teachers shall complete the reciprocal transfer, subject to Article

  • Lateral Transfers Employees may request to be transferred to a vacant position within their classification in another division of the Public Works Department and may be transferred pursuant to such request with the written approval of their division head, the involved appointing authority and the Employer's Director, Labor Relations. Such transferred employees shall serve a three (3) month probationary period in the new position. If removed by the appointing authority during the probationary period, the involved employee shall be reassigned to a vacant position within the classification or, if none is available, to their previous position.

  • External Transfers Bank will not be obligated to make any transfer you may request unless there are sufficient available funds in your Transfer From account to cover the transfer on the Transfer On date. If there are insufficient available funds to cover a transfer, Bank will not retry the transaction and the transfer will be immediately rejected. As well, you are responsible for providing Bank accurate and complete information and for verifying that all money has been properly transferred to the appropriate accounts. Money being transferred is taken out of the Bank Transfer From account on the Business Day that the transfer is requested, assuming all funds are available. Transfers between deposit accounts held by Bank and an External Account that Bank receives by the Cutoff Time on any Business Day will begin processing on the same day. Transfers to an External Account will be deducted from your Transfer From account held by Bank on the Transfer On date and will usually be reflected in your External Account on the next Business Day. However, the receiving bank’s processing policies and guidelines still apply and may not allow for same day availability. Transfers from External Accounts are subject to the processing times of the financial institution holding your External Account. Instructions for transfers from External Accounts that Bank receives by the Cutoff Time on any Business Day will be sent to the holder of your External Account on the same day for processing. Transfer instructions relating to External Accounts and the transmission and issuance of data related to such instructions shall be received pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association ("NACHA") and the applicable automated clearing house ("Regional ACH") (collectively, the "Rules") and you and Bank agree to be bound by such Rules as in effect from time to time. In accordance with such Rules, any credit to your deposit account held by Bank or your External Account shall be provisional until such credit has been finally settled by Bank or the third party institution which holds your External Account, as the case may be. You acknowledge that you have received notice of this requirement and of the fact that if Bank does not receive final settlement for a transfer for any reason, Bank shall charge back the amount of such transfer to the Transfer To or Transfer From account (as applicable) or any other of your accounts or claim a refund from you.

  • Data Transfers You acknowledge and agree that we may access and Process Personal Data on a global basis as necessary to provide the Subscription Service in accordance with the Agreement, and in particular that Personal Data may be transferred to and Processed by HubSpot, Inc. in the United States and to other jurisdictions where HubSpot Affiliates and Sub-Processors have operations.
