New Hire Training. Impax shall make any new personnel hired (or otherwise engaged) by Impax after the Effective Date to join the Sales Force (“New Hires”) available to Shire for Compliance Training prior to commencing any sales or marketing of the Shire Product. Impax shall cooperate as reasonably necessary in arranging for such New Hires to receive such training.

New Hire Training. The agency will identify a management official that will be responsible for the oversight of new hire training. Management will notify the union of who this person is, and agrees to notify the union when/if that identified person changes. Management will provide a copy of both the National Agreement and this local supplemental on the employee’s first day of service in the Portland Field Office. Once the employee has been identified and has started the on-boarding process, Management will notify the union of the following: 1. The employee’s name. 2. The employee’s start date. 3. The employee’s position. 4. Employees performing or who may perform Technician work are required to complete the Agency training program and to meet minimum performance standards. Employees will not be assigned to that position until they meet this requirement. The Agency training program is under development; the Local Union will be consulted and asked for input on program needs and implementation. This in no manner would waive the Union’s right to request negotiations. The intent of this provision is to encourage a collaborative relationship. Management understands its obligation to allow the union to be represented during the new employee orientation. As such the agency will schedule the representative of the Union’s choosing to be present during that orientation. The Union will notify the agency of which representative it has chosen to participate in this process. Under normal circumstances the Union will notify the agency of its selection no less than two days before the scheduled orientation.
New Hire Training. The Employer shall provide all new hires with on-the-job training for up to one (1) work week in addition to the existing “virtual orientation”. In the event that an employee needs additional training, the employer shall provide such training.

T-Mobile will not be obligated to pay Provider for such billed amounts in the absence of such written approval. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, Provider shall bear the cost of all attrition-related training.
New Hire Training. It shall be a condition of contractual employment that any employee hired after July 1, 1989, must take and successfully complete the Massachusetts Fire Academy Training Course or its equivalent when so assigned by the Chief. In these cases, Amtrak shall scheduled a training program for such employees at the earliest possible time, not to exceed sixty (60) days from their date entered service, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Notwithstanding the above, no employee shall be permitted or required to perform any work in the craft before receiving training on Roadway Worker Protection and AMT-2 awareness.

In these cases, MBCR shall scheduled a training program for such employees at the earliest possible time, not to exceed sixty (60) days from their date entered service, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Notwithstanding the above, no employee shall be permitted or required to perform any work in the craft before receiving training on Protection Against Trains and AMT-2 awareness. B. An outline of the New Hire Training Program to be followed in the initial training provided under paragraph "A" above, is included as Attachment 1 to this agreement. The length or content of the new hire training program shall not be changed without advance approval of the Safety Advisory Committee. C. New employees shall be paid at the applicable pro-rata rate for time spent in training outlined above.

Any New Hire Training as a result of ramp or net growth must be approved in writing by a T-Mobile Senior Manager or more senior official. Provider will submit an approved baseline report. Such written approval must be attached to any and all invoices on which any New Hire Training is cited or listed as a basis for billing T-Mobile. T-Mobile will not be obligated to pay Provider for such billed amounts in the absence of such written approval. 8.5.1. Application IDs. Prior to Training completion, where applicable, T-Mobile shall deliver all applicable application IDs to Provider. Provider shall ensure that application IDs are not shared by Agents or disclosed outside of Provider. Provider shall promptly remove from the Services any Agent who shares or discloses application IDs in these manners (and shall provide a suitable replacement for the removed Agent and immediately notify T-Mobile of such removal).
New Hire Training. Vendor shall provide new hire training to CSRs, Pharmacists and other employees, as applicable to handle Inbound Calls (or other types of calls, as applicable) on behalf of the Company, and Company shall pay the costs associated with such training at the hours and fees set forth in the applicable Project Schedule. Vendor shall pay for the cost of any additional new hire training required because of attrition among existing Vendor employees providing the Services. The Full Time Equivalent (“FTE”) base line computation process upon which to establish any future new hire training costs due to such incidents as ramp up for additional services and/or volumes is attached hereto as an Exhibit F to this Agreement. The FTE base line will be adjusted as necessary from time to time by mutual consent of the parties.
