New Hire Training. Impax shall make any new personnel hired (or otherwise engaged) by Impax after the Effective Date to join the Sales Force (“New Hires”) available to Shire for Compliance Training prior to commencing any sales or marketing of the Shire Product. Impax shall cooperate as reasonably necessary in arranging for such New Hires to receive such training.

New Hire Training. A. Providing sufficient field and classroom training is critical to the safety of employees and MBCR's operation. Prior to beginning work in the craft, or as soon thereafter as practicable, new employees shall receive training in areas such as the following: * Company Orientation * Management Presentation * Hazard Communications (Right to Know) * Protective Equipment (Personal) * STOP for Employees (Safety Training Observance Program) * XXX - Individual (Protection Against Trains) * Safety Rule Orientation * AMT-2 Electrical Operating Instructions (where applicable) * Introduction to the Department * Introduction to the Work Site * Lockout Tagout Awareness - Phase 1 * Department Training NOTE: The parties recognize that employees may be hired on an individual or emergency basis and that advance training may not be possible due to the length and scheduling requirements of the program. In these cases, MBCR shall scheduled a training program for such employees at the earliest possible time, not to exceed sixty (60) days from their date entered service, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Notwithstanding the above, no employee shall be permitted or required to perform any work in the craft before receiving training on Protection Against Trains and AMT-2 awareness.
New Hire Training. The Employer shall provide all new hires with on-the-job training for up to one (1) work week in addition to the existing “virtual orientation”. In the event that an employee needs additional training, the employer shall provide such training.
New Hire Training. The agency will identify a management official that will be responsible for the oversight of new hire training. Management will notify the union of who this person is, and agrees to notify the union when/if that identified person changes. Management will provide a copy of both the National Agreement and this local supplemental on the employee’s first day of service in the Portland Field Office. Such written approval must be attached to any and all invoices on which any New Hire Training is cited or listed as a basis for billing T-Mobile. T-Mobile will not be obligated to pay Provider for such billed amounts in the absence of such written approval.
New Hire Training. Newly hired secretaries, without previous school experience, may be eligible for up to two (2) paid days of training prior to the starting day of employment to become familiar with the District operating platforms, such as Skyward.
New Hire Training. SECTION 1. All Employees hired after the effective date of this agreement will be required to attend the “routine contact training” as provided by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department within the first year of employment as defined in the Minimum Standards for Jails in Ohio Administrative Code Section 5120: 1-8-18. New Hire Training. Vendor shall provide new hire training to CSRs, Pharmacists and other employees, as applicable to handle Inbound Calls (or other types of calls, as applicable) on behalf of the Company, and Company shall pay the costs associated with such training at the hours and fees set forth in the applicable Project Schedule. Vendor shall pay for the cost of any additional new hire training required because of attrition among existing Vendor employees providing the Services. The Full Time Equivalent (“FTE”) base line computation process upon which to establish any future new hire training costs due to such incidents as ramp up for additional services and/or volumes is attached hereto as an Exhibit F to this Agreement. The FTE base line will be adjusted as necessary from time to time by mutual consent of the parties.
New Hire Training. It shall be a condition of contractual employment that any employee hired after July 1, 1989, must take and successfully complete the Massachusetts Fire Academy Training Course or its equivalent when so assigned by the Chief. For all new employees hired after the signing of this Agreement, any employee so assigned shall receive in addition to his/her basic weekly pay, $75 per week for all-inclusive expenses.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Training and Support Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:

  • Employee Cooperation Following termination of Employee’s employment, Employee shall cooperate fully with the Company in all matters including, but not limited to, advising the Company of all pending work on behalf of the Company and the orderly transfer of work to other employees or representatives of the Company. Employee shall also cooperate in the defense of any action brought by any third party against the Company that relates in any way to Employee’s acts or omissions while employed by the Company.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
