Recovery List a) The Employer will maintain and provide to the Union, monthly, a Recovery List, which will show, in order of seniority, all employees who have been laid off in the previous twenty-four (24) month period. b) No new employee will be hired until those on the Recovery List have been given an opportunity for re-employment by job posting, provided that they are qualified to do the work as determined by the criteria set out in Article 8.06 (Job Posting). c) The Employer will notify the employee of recall opportunity by personal contact. Failing that, the employee will be notified of the recall opportunity by registered mail, addressed to the last address on record with the Employer, with a copy to the Union. An employee receiving a registered letter in accordance with the Article will contact the Human Resources Department within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the notice to return to work if the employee wishes the Employer to hold the job open for the employee for a full seven (7) day period. d) An employee may decline the right of recall once and remain on the recovery list. The second decline will result in loss of seniority as set out in Article 7.06.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Recall List The Board shall maintain a recall list. Copies of the list will be sent to each person on the list and the Association at least once during the fall and once during the spring each year.

You may be eligible for STRF if you are a California resident or are enrolled in a residency program, prepaid tuition, paid the STRF assessment, and suffered an economic loss as a result of any of the following: 1. The school closed before the course of instruction was completed. 2. The school’s failure to pay refunds or charges on behalf of a student to a third party for license fees or any other purpose, or to provide equipment or materials for which a charge was collected within 180 days before the closure of the school. 3. The school’s failure to pay or reimburse loan proceeds under a federally guaranteed student loan program as required by law or to pay or reimburse proceeds received by the school prior to closure in excess of tuition and other costs. 4. There was a material failure to comply with the Act or this Division within 30 days before the school closed or, if the material failure began earlier than 30 days prior to closure, the period determined by the Bureau. 5. An inability after diligent efforts to prosecute, prove, and collect on a judgment against the institution for a violation of the Act.

  • Name Collision Report Handling 6.3.1 During the first two years after delegation of the TLD, Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available to receive reports, relayed by ICANN, alleging demonstrably severe harm from collisions with overlapping use of the names outside of the authoritative DNS. 6.3.2 Registry Operator shall develop an internal process for handling in an expedited manner reports received pursuant to subsection 6.3.1 under which Registry Operator may, to the extent necessary and appropriate, remove a recently activated name from the TLD zone for a period of up to two years in order to allow the affected party to make changes to its systems.

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.

  • Cost Recovery Fee You understand and agree that in order for XOOM to offer and fulfill its fixed rate obligation to you, it has to purchase electricity in advance of usage in amounts needed to cover the full term of this Agreement. If you cancel this Agreement early, you will be responsible for paying the cost recovery fee (“Cost Recovery Fee”) set forth in the Contract Summary, which is intended not as a penalty, but simply to offset the cost of selling the unused portion of your electricity to others and estimated lost revenue that XOOM may incur from such a sale, if any, and related expenses. It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the electricity you consume that is supplied by XOOM.

  • Improvement Plans A professional improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher whose student growth measure dimension of the evaluation is below the expected level of student growth. For the purposes of this agreement, improvement plans shall be based on the individual student growth measure level, and not for overall subjects or classes taught.
