Reducing Hours. The Hospital will follow Section 11.4(C) with regard to 14 International Nurses, and will not force bargaining unit nurses to have 15 scheduled hours reduced in favor of International Nurses, but a bargaining 16 unit nurse may reduce her/his hours voluntarily.
Reducing Hours. Client retains the right to cancel up to twelve hours per two (2) week Client pay period without any penalties, Client will use reasonable effort to notify Agency and / or Agency Staff of cancelled hours prior to scheduled shift as soon as possible, Client and Agency may discuss, negotiate and accept different terms regarding reducing hours.
Reducing Hours. Reduced hours at the work site, regardless of the program funding source, shall be deducted from the least senior paraeducator(s), (as determined by District-wide paraeducator seniority). When adjusting schedule(s) and hours to accommodate program funding reduction, the following steps shall apply: Building principals will develop a proposed schedule revision based on funding change and student needs (i.e. academic needs, safety, etc.) to be submitted to the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning (ED) Elementary, Secondary, or Special Services, as appropriate to review and approve. The Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, Elementary, Secondary, or Special Services will convene a meeting with the Association, Human Resources, and other appropriate staff to review the building proposal. Recommendations resulting from the meeting(s) will be fully considered by the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, Elementary, Secondary, or Special Services who, in consultation with the building principal, will provide an approved schedule change.
