Re-registration. An applicant who has registered on the out-of-work list must renew his application every thirty (30) days or his name will be removed from the list.

(i) the Lessee shall pay all reasonable fees and expenses (including the reasonable fees and expenses of local counsel in such country) relating to such re-registration;
(ii) the Lessee shall, at its cost, cause the interest of the Owner Trustee as owner of the Aircraft to be duly registered or recorded under the laws of such country and at all times thereafter to remain so duly registered or recorded unless and until the registration of the Aircraft is changed as provided herein, and shall, at its cost, cause to be done at all times all other acts including the filing, recording and delivery of any document or instrument and the payment of any sum necessary or, by reference to prudent industry practice in such country, advisable in order to create, preserve and protect such interest in the Aircraft as against the Lessee or any third parties in such jurisdiction, and the laws of such country would give effect to the Owner Trustee's title to and ownership interest in the Aircraft;
(iii) the obligations of the Lessee (and of the Permitted Sublessee under a Sublease) and the rights and remedies of the Lessor shall remain or be, as the case may be, legal, valid, binding and enforceable in such country, and the courts of such country will respect the choice of New York law to govern the Lease;
(iv) the Aeronautical Authority in the country of such re-registration imposes aircraft maintenance standards approved by, or at least as stringent as those approved by, the FAA the JAA or the central civil aviation authority of the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands or Canada;
(v) it shall not be necessary by reason of such re-registration or for purposes of enforcing remedies contained in the Lease or the...
Re-registration. The Company was first incorporated on 2 August 2000 under the International Business Companies Act, 1984 and was automatically re-registered under the Act on 1 January 2007. Immediately before its re-registration under the Act, it was governed by the International Business Companies Act, 1984.
Re-registration. Re-registration. 6.1 Parents whose children are registered with the School will be requested to confirm whether they wish for their child to remain for the next school year. Re-registration of your child will take place each year through a web link supplied by the School.
6.2 By re-registering your child, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the School fees published by the School on its web site for the relevant school year (and sent by email to Parents).
6.3 Re-registration will require the payment of the advance of £1,000 of the first term fees of the next school year payable as invoiced by the School. The School reserves the right to make re-registration for the next school year conditional on discharge of all arrears of school fees owing at the end of the third term. The School further reserves the right to apply the said advance to discharge of arrears of school fees owing at the end of the third term.
6.4 Parents of French pupils who have applied for a bursary for the next school year will not be required to advance the £1,000. However, should the French Consulate notify the School that a pupil will not be entitled to a bursary the next school year, the Parents will be required to advance the £1,000 to re-register their child for the next school year.
6.5 Failure to confirm or pay the advance due when required will result in the termination of this contract and the child being removed from the School‘s register and leaving the School.
6.6 The advance of £1,000 on the first term fees will not be reimbursed in case your child does not attend the School the following school year, for whatever reason.
Re-registration. Bidco also proposes that ADVANZ PHARMA, currently organised as a public company limited by shares, will be re-registered as a private company limited by shares following completion of the Acquisition.
Re-registration. (a) A parent must re-register his or her child for the VPK program with the coalition of the county where the VPK provider’s VPK site is located if the parent initially registered the child with the coalition of another county.
(b) Re-registration is the responsibility of a child’s parent. To assist a parent with re-registration, a coalition may enter into one or more agreements with another coalition to provide for the transfer of a child application and supporting documents between the coalitions.
