These policies and procedures will not reduce substantive entitlements contained in this Agreement but provide guidelines for the fair and efficient administration of the employment relationship and operations of the Company.

Relationship to Company Policies. 5.1 The Employee will, at all times, comply with any policies of the Employer in force from time to time including policies in relation to workplace discrimination, workplace harassment, grievance procedures and workplace health and safety procedures.

Relationship to Company Policies. This Agreement will be supported by policies and procedures determined by the Company. Employees must remain familiar with and comply with any policies, procedures, practices and codes of conduct of the Company as they exist from time-to-time. The parties acknowledge that the Company may in its discretion vary any policies, procedures, practices and codes of conduct. The parties agree that to the extent that the policies, procedures, practices or codes of conduct would or may, but for this paragraph, impose obligations on the Company, or form representations, those obligations or representations are only guidelines for the Company, and are not to be relied upon by the Employees.
