Grant the Owners and/or their Agents the right to access the property at any time during occupancy after reasonable notice has been given.

The Xxxxxx agrees to reimburse the owner for any extra cleaning, tidying or moving costs required. Renter Obligations. 6.1 General Obligations At all times, the Renter: (a) Must use the Equipment with due care and skill and only for the purposes and within the capacity for which the equipment was designed, in compliance with the Radiation Management Plan and the manufacturer’s guidelines; (b) Must ensure that all users of the Equipment are Licenced Operators within the state or territory of use, suitably trained in its safe and proper use and qualified to use the Equipment; (c) Accepts full responsibility and liability for the safe keeping of the Equipment and indemnifies PSS for any loss, theft of or damage to the Equipment however caused; (d) Must ensure that no person other than a Licenced Operator uses the Equipment; (e) Must ensure that the Equipment is stored safely and securely and is protected from theft, seizure, or damage; (f) Must comply in all respects with all applicable laws, regulations, requirements, and rules reasonably necessary for the safe and lawful operation of the Equipment, including the obtaining of any required permits or authorisations required for the use of the Equipment; (g) Must not in any way part with possession of the whole or part of the Equipment, nor sell, assign, mortgage, pledge, sub-Rent, lend, grant a security interest in or otherwise deal with the whole or part of the Equipment, and if this is a Rent to Buy Agreement, prior to title to the Equipment passing to the Renter in accordance with clause 3; (h) Must inform PSS immediately if the Equipment or any part thereof is stolen, lost, destroyed, or damaged; (i) Must not remove or cover up any plates or other marks that PSS may affix or cause to be affixed to the Equipment to indicate that the Equipment is the property of PSS; (j) Must if this is a Rental Agreement return to PSS at the conclusion of the Rental Period the Equipment together with all accessories, paperwork and other items provided to the Renter in the case. Any accessories, paperwork or other items not returned will be charged to the Renter; and (k) Must ensure that the Equipment is kept clean, and in good working order for the duration of this Agreement. Where the Equipment is returned in a dirty condition, a cleaning fee will be charged to the Renter.
Renter Obligations. The renter agrees that he or she is responsible for compliance with the provisions of this Rental Agreement which includes the Facility Rental Policies and Procedures which are part of the Rental Agreement. The renter named-above is responsible for the provisions of this Agreement and is not authorized by the City of Starbuck to sublease the Community Center to any other person(s) or entity.

Renter Obligations. 2.1 The Renter must: (a) be licensed to drive the Vehicle in the State or Territory in which they will be using the Vehicle; (b) hold a full Australian drivers licence (Provisional, Probationary and Learners licences or permits are not accepted) or have a valid international drivers licence and a valid licence from their country of residence written in English and if not in English a valid International Driving Permit or an approved translation of the licence into English; and (c) be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and less than 85 years of age. 2.2 The Renter must not: (a) have incurred any speeding fines in the last twelve (12) months; (b) have been in an At-Fault Accident in the last twelve months; (c) have had his/her licence cancelled or suspended in the last twelve months; (d) modify the Vehicle in any way, irrespective of whether the modifications are reversible or permanent; and (e) have been the subject of bankruptcy proceedings in the last 7 years.

Renter Obligations. 4.1 The Renter has no right, title, property or interest in the Equipment except as bailee and must not sublet, transfer, dispose of or otherwise deal with any rights of interest in the Equipment. The Renter must do everything necessary to protect the rights of the Owner in the Equipment. 4.2 Risk in the Equipment passes to the Renter on delivery of the Equipment and remains with the Renter until the Equipment is collected by or returned to the Owner. The Renter is liable to the Owner for any and all loss or damage to, or caused by, the Equipment or its operation and all costs incurred in respect of the Equipment including the cost of repairing or replacing the Equipment at the full new replacement cost, salvage costs and Rental Charges incurred while the Equipment is repaired or replaced. 4.3 The Renter must ensure that the Equipment is: a) Operated only by competent and properly trained and qualified employee(s) of the Renter, and where required by law, registered and licensed personnel and only by methods and standards of operations recommended, specified and approved by the manufacturer. b) Not operated by any person under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. c) returned to the Owner in the same condition as the Date Out (except for Ordinary Wear and Tear) and returned with a full tank of fuel or the Renter will pay the Owner the cost of filling that tank. In particular the Renter is responsible for ensuring that the Equipment: I. is in sound mechanical condition and in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications;
