The Renter acknowledges that he or she has received a copy of EFI’s “Policies and Procedures Manual”, and further, that he or she has read and understands them.

Rental Policies and Procedures. Tailwind has established written rental policies and procedures regarding the rental and operation of its aircraft, which policies and procedures are incorporated herein by reference. The Renter acknowledges that he has received a copy of Tailwind’s Rental Policies and Procedures, and further, that he has read and understands them.
Rental Policies and Procedures a. Reservations will be made on a first come first serve basis. Reservations will only be confirmed when City Hall has received the written application and a deposit. b. The rental fee must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event. If the payment is not received within the time limit, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. c. Payments can be made using cash, credit, or check. Checks must be written to the City of Olney. d. Cancellations must be given 2 weeks from scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations given 1 week from scheduled event will receive a refund in half of the amount paid. NO refunds will be submitted if the cancellation is less than six days regardless of amount paid. If the cancellation is due to a medical emergency or death, written notice is required and will be at management discretion. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the rental deposit. e. Maximum capacity of the City of Olney Civic Center: 300 f. Civic Center will not be lease to out of town vendors selling merchandise that would jeopardize local merchants. Vendors with local sponsorship must have approval of City Administrator.

WCC does not furnish refreshments, flowers, glassware, or paper products for functions other than those directly sponsored by WCC. 6. The reserving party must take every measure to assure WCC that any works of art on display will not be disturbed and that the reserving party will be responsible for any damage or loss of art works. No artwork may be removed, adjusted, or otherwise moved during the rental period without permission of the PD or OM. 7. WCC is not responsible for any equipment, supplies, materials, or other items owned by any organization or individual and used at WCC. 8. The renter reserving the facility, jointly and severally with the organization he/she represents or is affiliated with hereby agrees to hold Xxxxxxxx’x Community Center harmless of any and all liability, loss, theft, or injury or other loss which the reserving party, his/her guest, or vendors may suffer or incur by reason of injury or death of any person, or damage to any of the renter’s property, or its vendors’ property, caused by the reserving party’s guests or vendors’ employees. 9. The building and grounds must be left in the same order in which they were found. The reserving party is responsible for disposing of all trash and recyclables and removing all food/beverages before leaving the premises. Rental Policies and Procedures. No smoking or illegal drugs are allowed in the facility. • No fire exit may be blocked by any decoration, table, platform, etc. • Rentals include only what is listed after each option. • All options/rentals are subject to a minimum one hour charge. • No grease cooking allowed. • Leftover food, personal and rental items must be removed immediately following your event. Rental Policies and Procedures. 1) Execution of this Agreement and payment of all deposits are required to reserve the Social Hall. The rental fee is $50.00 per day and a $50.00 deposit must be paid at the time this Agreement is executed. Berlin is not responsible for any equipment, supplies, materials or other items owned by the Lessee or its agents, employees, patrons, guests, businesses or organizations that are used by Lessee at Berlin. 5) The facilities and grounds of Berlin shall be left in the same order in which they were found. All trash, food, and beverages shall be placed in trash containers which are provided. Other items which are the property of the Lessee or itsc agents, employees, patrons or guests shall be removed by the end of the rental Term as established herein. Rental includes the use of the facility’s table and chairs which shall remain inside the building. Benches on the side walls are not to be removed. 6) No open flame, smoke making device or items of an explosive nature that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire at Berlin may be used upon leased premises. 7) No rice may be thrown inside or outside the leased facility. Birdseed is permitted outside the leased facility but shall be swept up by the Lessee. Any bubble containers, nets, ribbons or other similar items shall be cleaned up by the Lessee.
