Representation at Discipline Meetings. ‌ If an Administrator requires an employee to attend a meeting at which the employee might be disciplined, the employee will be notified of the purpose prior to the meeting and will be advised of their right to representation. Reasonable time will be granted to secure appropriate representation.

Representation at Discipline Meetings. In the event an administrator requires an employee to attend a meeting for the purpose of disciplining said employee, the employee, upon the employee's request, may have an Association representative present. The employee shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such a meeting one (l) day in advance. In instances where the one-day written notice requirement is not met, the employee will receive the written notice of reasons within 24 hours after the meeting.
Representation at Discipline Meetings. In the event an administrator requires a teacher to attend a meeting for the purpose of disciplining said teacher, the teacher will be notified in writing of the topic of discussion 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, unless circumstances require immediate attention. The teacher, upon request, may have an Association representative of the teacher’s choice present. If a representative of the teacher’s choice is not immediately available, the teacher must select another representative.

The paraprofessional shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such a meeting two (2) days in advance.
