Requests for Extensions. Requests for extensions of reporting deadlines will be granted when 1) the report cannot be furnished in a timely manner for reasons legitimately beyond the control of the recipient; and 2) CNCS receives a written request explaining the need for an extension before the due date of the report. Extensions of deadlines for financial reports may only be granted by the Office of Grants Management, and extensions of deadlines for Progress Reports may only be granted by the SIF Program Office.

To the extent that any Funding Agent represents more than one Committed Note Purchaser in an Investor Group, the Funding Agent may extend or decline the Series 2021-A Commitment Termination Date on behalf of each individual Committed Note Purchasers within an Investor Group, and the Funding Agent thus may make different elections on behalf of individual Committed Note Purchasers within the same Investor Group.
Requests for Extensions. In addition to other extensions available under Sections 15.3.1 through 15.3.4, if at any time UGNX believes that, notwithstanding the use of Commercially Reasonable Efforts, it will not be able meet any of the deadlines set forth in such Sections, then UGNX may request an extension of such deadline by providing Notice to KHK, including a reasonably detailed statement of the factors likely to cause such delay. Requests for Extensions. Request for extension of Contract Time will not be evaluated or granted unless they meet the provisions of A. above and the Contractor has notified the Resident Engineer in writing of the causes of delay within 15 State Business Days from the beginning of any such delay on forms provided by the Department. The effect of the delay on the Progress Schedule shall be documented by the Contractor as specified in Subsection 108.04. The Department will evaluate the facts and the extent of the delay, and the Department’s findings will be final and conclusive. Request for extensions shall also be based on the following: 1. If the Contractor submits daily documentation of such conditions, Extensions of Contract Time for Extreme Weather Conditions may be granted according to the following: a. The specified completion dates anticipate that the number of total Working Days available for Construction Operations, subject to the requirements of the Contract Documents, during the period of April through November inclusive is at least 145 for road and bridge work. b. The specified completion dates anticipate that the number of total Working Days available for Construction Operations, subject to the requirements of the Contract Documents, during the four month winter period of December through March inclusive is 20 for road work and 40 for bridge work. c. When the actual number of Working Days available for Construction Operations is less than the anticipated number provided for in the Special Provisions, an extension of one day for each day less may be allowed. 2.   • Timely Written Requests for Extensions CHSI may, in advance of the due date, submit a timely written request for an extension of time to perform any act or file any notification or report required by this CIA.   • Requests for Exclusion (Opt-Outs) 8.5.1 Class Members who wish to exclude themselves (opt-out of) the Class Settlement must send the Administrator, by fax, email, or mail, a signed written Request for Exclusion not later than 60 days after the Administrator mails the Class Notice (plus an additional 14 days for Class Members whose Class Notice is re-mailed). A Request for Exclusion is a letter from a Class Member or his/her representative that reasonably communicates the Class Member’s election to be excluded from the Settlement and includes the Class Member’s name, address and email address or telephone number. To be valid, a Request for Exclusion must be timely faxed, emailed, or postmarked by the Response Deadline. 8.5.2 The Administrator may not reject a Request for Exclusion as invalid because it fails to contain all the information specified in the Class Notice. The Administrator shall accept any Request for Exclusion as valid if the Administrator can reasonably ascertain the identity of the person as a Class Member and the Class Member’s desire to be excluded. The Administrator’s determination shall be final and not appealable or otherwise susceptible to challenge. If the Administrator has reason to question the authenticity of a Request for Exclusion, the Administrator may demand additional proof of the Class Member’s identity. (b) Borrower shall give to Agent and Swing Line Lender written notice in the form of Exhibit D-2 hereto (or telephonic notice confirmed in writing in the form of Exhibit D-2 hereto) of each Swing Line Loan requested hereunder (a “Request for Swing Line Loan”) by 1:00 p.m. (Cleveland time) on the Business Day of the proposed borrowing of a Swing Line Loan.
