Retroactivity of Reclassification Decisions. A decision to reclassify a worker to a higher position shall be retroactive to the date of the application. If higher level duties previously assigned to the worker are removed from the position as a result of a reclassification decision, the worker shall receive pay in accordance with Article 8.9 for performing the higher level duties for the period of time beginning with the date of the reclassification application to the date the duties are removed.

Retroactivity of Reclassification Decisions. A decision to reclassify a supervisor to a higher position shall be retroactive to the date of the application. If duties previously assigned by the administrator are removed from a supervisor as a result of a reclassification decision, the supervisor shall receive pay pursuant to Article 6.7.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATION AND RECLASSIFICATION 26.01 In order to ensure the appropriate classification of jobs listed under Schedule "A" of the collective agreement, the Parties agree that matters related to the classification of new or existing jobs shall be dealt with in accordance with the Joint Job Evaluation Manual of Procedures forming part of this collective agreement.   • Termination for Change of Control This Agreement may be terminated immediately by SAP upon written notice to Provider if Provider comes under direct or indirect control of any entity competing with SAP. If before such change Provider has informed SAP of such potential change of control without undue delay, the Parties agree to discuss solutions on how to mitigate such termination impact on Customer, such as stepping into the Customer contract by SAP or by any other Affiliate of Provider or any other form of transition to a third party provider.

  • Upward Reclassification When a position is reclassified upward a regular incumbent shall be continued in the position. He/she shall be advanced to the higher class with the same status held in the lower class if he/she meets minimum experience and training requirements. When a position is reclassified upward and the incumbent does not have regular status, the position will be filled competitively at the higher level.
