Review of Schedules. Buyer hereby represents and warrants that it has reviewed the schedules completed by the Seller and attached hereto and, to the extent desired, has had the opportunity to make any inquiries of the Seller regarding the matters set forth thereon.

Review of Schedules. Purchaser and its advisors have received and reviewed all of the Schedules attached hereto, and Purchaser waives any claim for money damages based upon any fact, event, circumstance or item expressly disclosed on the Schedules.
Review of Schedules i. As the Line Construction process for each Certificate, Position and Base is processed, the Scheduling Committee will monitor the results and promptly notify the Company of any contractual violations. ii. After distribution of the Initial Bid Awards, there shall be a 24-hour period for Pilots to protest the accuracy of the awards to the Scheduling Committee and for the Scheduling Committee to determine the validity of any such protest(s). The protest period will run concurrently with SAP-1. If the Scheduling Committee determines that the protest(s) is valid, the Company shall re-run the Initial Bid Awards to correct any identified errors. After the expiration of the 24-hour protest period, there shall not be an opportunity for any further protest(s) and the Initial Bid Awards shall not be re-run unless the Company and the Union agree. iii. If the Company conducts a re-run of the Lines for a specific Certificate, Position and Base, the Scheduling Committee will expedite any additional review necessary to complete the process. iv. If the Company conducts a re-run of the Lines, the distribution of the Initial Bid Award may be delayed but will be distributed promptly after completion of the re- run. v. Any error or violation of the Agreement in a Composite Line or Reserve Line for a Position and Base will be corrected prior to distribution of the Final Award for that Position and Base. vi. The Scheduling Committee will notify the Company immediately if it does not wish to review the Lines.
Review of Schedules. This Agreement has been executed by the Parties prior to the completion of their review of the schedules provided by each other. Each Party retains the right, through October 13, 2006, to review and comment upon the schedules and to request, in good faith, reasonable accommodations for matters raised by this schedule review. If no schedule related issues are raised by the Parties prior to 5:00 p.m. on October 13, 2006, this right shall lapse. If the Parties are unable to agree to Schedule matters, the Option Deposit shall nonetheless remain fully earned and non-refundable.
Review of Schedules. The Buyer has reviewed the various Schedules provided by the Sellers and the Stockholder pursuant to this Agreement, provided that such review shall not render the Buyer responsible for the truth, accuracy or completeness of any information contained in (or required to be contained in) any of such Schedules.

Review of Schedules. Acquiror and MiniMed shall have completed their review of the form and content of the Schedules prepared by Targets and/or its counsel that are attached to this Agreement on the date hereof. The results of such review must be acceptable to Acquiror and MiniMed in their sole discretion. Such investigation shall be completed prior to the expiration of ten (10) calendar days following the date of this Agreement (for purposes of this Agreement, such period is referred to as the "Schedule Review Period"). The condition set forth in this Section 5.1.6 shall be deemed satisfied or waived by Acquiror and MiniMed if no objection is made by Acquiror and MiniMed prior to expiration of the Schedule Review Period.

Review of Schedules. Customer acknowledges that Aptar has proposed to Customer in the Schedule(s), for Customer’s review and approval, a detailed description of the Services and Deliverables, the Fee relating to the same and any Expenses (hereinafter defined in Section 2.1). Customer further acknowledges that it has reviewed and approved each Schedule prior to signing such Schedule.
Review of Schedules. Bristol shall be reasonably satisfied that the content of the Schedules delivered by the Company in accordance with Section 5.13 do not contain any unanticipated facts or circumstances that would have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company.
Review of Schedules i. As the line construction process for each position and certificate is completed, the Company will promptly notify the Scheduling Committee that the lines are ready for review. ii. The Scheduling Committee will promptly notify the Company if it discovers an error or violation of the Agreement in the lines in a specific position. The Company will conduct a re-run of the bid award(s) if a Regular, Composite or CDO line does not comply with the Agreement or contains an error resulting from a discrepancy in the bid eligibility list, a computer or FLiCA malfunction or an omission of a known absence. Any error or violation of the Agreement in a reserve line for a position will be corrected prior to distribution of the bid award for that position. iii. If the Company conducts a re-run of the lines for specific equipment position, the Scheduling Committee will expedite any additional review necessary to complete the process. iv. The Union's Scheduling Committee will notify the Company immediately if it does not wish to review the lines. v. If the Company conducts a re-run of the lines, the distribution of the bid award may be delayed but will be distributed promptly after completion of the re-run. Unless the Company and the Union agree otherwise, a re-run of a bid award will not be conducted once the bid award has been distributed. F. Monthly Open Time is the time unassigned through the Preferential Bidding Process after the publishing of the Initial Award, plus any time made available by Flight Attendants through leave, retirements, resignation or any other absence.
