RIGHTS AND RECOGNITION Sample Clauses
The "Rights and Recognition" clause defines how the contributions, authorship, or intellectual property of parties involved in an agreement are acknowledged and credited. Typically, this clause outlines the specific rights each party retains or is granted, such as the right to be named as a creator, to use certain materials, or to receive public acknowledgment in publications or promotional materials. Its core function is to ensure that all parties receive appropriate recognition for their work and to clarify ownership or usage rights, thereby preventing disputes over credit or intellectual property.
