Salary Loading. The CEO may determine that a salary loading will be paid to take into account labour market conditions, or particular duties that are not provided for by the payment of a higher duties allowance.

Salary Loading. The University acknowledges the importance of recognising, attracting and retaining employees. Xxxxxx loadings will be dealt with as set out in the University’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
Salary Loading. 37.7 As part of the salary review process, the ASC may approve payment of a loading in addition to salary to reflect particular requirements applicable to the job including extra complexity and higher level work significantly above what is normally expected of an employee at that level. The loading will also include any payments for acting in higher level jobs for at least two weeks at a time in the previous year, unless such payments were already taken into account in a loading for that year or were otherwise made in accordance with Clause 12.3. The loading relates only to the particular year of review and there can be no expectation of it continuing at the same level, or at all, in the following year. It does not count for superannuation purposes.
Salary Loading. (a) Employees who occupy the position of Officer in Charge of an MFPF will be paid a salary loading equivalent to 40% of the Senior Sergeant Base Rate prescribed in clause 10 - Salaries of this Agreement and will not be entitled to the payment of overtime, including the 44 hour week arrangement, contained in subclause (7) of clause 14. – Overtime of this Agreement or shift allowances.

  • SALARY LIMITATION The Grantee cannot use the SAPT Block Grant to pay salaries in excess of Level I of the Federal Senior Executive pay scale.

  • Salary Sacrifice Employees may sacrifice their pre-tax earnings, subject to such arrangements being made for legitimate purposes such as additional superannuation contributions. The amount of salary sacrifice being deducted from pre-tax earnings shall be deducted from gross earnings with each pay period. Any such arrangements must be requested, varied or amended in writing, providing no les than one months notice to the Company. A Salary Sacrifice Request Form is attached as a schedule to this Agreement for this purpose. The Company recommends that employees seek independent financial advice prior to entering into salary sacrifice arrangement. The amount of any salary sacrifice income requested must be a fixed sum, without variation from one pay period to the next. The company shall implement employee requests to commence salary sacrifice arrangements at four (4) times a year, on the first full pay period on or after the 1st July, 1st October, 1st January and 1st April. Where adverse tax and/or superannuation changes occur, the Company or employee may terminate these salary sacrifice arrangements. Where a decision to terminate is made, employees will be given one month’s notice in writing.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.
