Sales and Marketing Support Sample Clauses

Sales and Marketing Support. Ancor shall provide Inrange with limited sales and marketing support as reasonably requested by Inrange, including visits to Inrange customers, participation by Ancor in one sales meeting per year and in one Inrange Customer Advisory Council meeting per year; provided, however, that Inrange shall bear the travel and living expenses of such personnel.
Sales and Marketing Support. For so long as the Exclusive License remains in effect E-C will, at no additional cost to D-R, provide ongoing sales and marketing support services (“Marketing Support Services”) in the following amounts: (i) up to 1,000 hours over a duration of 24 months beginning on the Execution Date (provided, that in no event will such Marketing Support Services exceed 160 hours in any given 30 day period); and (ii) up to 300 hours on an annual basis thereafter, with such obligations pro-rated in the event that the Exclusive License becomes non-exclusive mid-year. The nature and scope of the Marketing Support Services provided by E-C will be as mutually agreed by the Parties, and may include: (a) attendance by E-C at quarterly sales and marketing planning meetings; (b) attendance by E-C at D-R’s (or Siemens’) booth during key industry conferences; (c) participation by E-C in the drafting and reviewing of sales brochures, presentations and supporting materials; (d) E-C’s development and refinement of specific value propositions (and sales tools) for each target industry; (e) training of regional sales teams, specific to pollution abatement and calculating financial payback of customer-specific projects (taking all costs and benefits into account, including monetization of NOx reductions, avoided costs of pollution abatement, monetization of GHG reductions, etc.); (f) developing “teaming agreements” with prospective project partners (providers of industry-specific engineering services, dryers, boilers, rotary concentrators, etc.) that improve the value proposition; (g) writing and publishing white papers specific to the Combined System; (h) providing information to the D-R sales force about available grants that could benefit the projects; and (i) providing support in completing the grant applications.
Sales and Marketing Support. Enterprise may assist in the promotion of Radiant’s sales and Complementary Service capabilities to the Customers. All such assistance shall be provided only on the mutual agreement of both parties.

Sales and Marketing Support. Licensor shall provide to Licensee a total of four hundred (400) hours of initial sales and marketing support for the Products, for which Licensee shall pay Licensor a total of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) payable in ten (10) equal monthly payments of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) each on the first day of the month, with the initial payment due on the first day of the month following the date of the signing of this Agreement. Initial sales and marketing support must be utilized by Licensee within the first ten months following the signing of this Agreement. The initial sales and marketing support will essentially come in the form of the sharing of market research data, sales and marketing strategies, the formulation of revenue models, and assisting in the implementation of strategies. If additional sales and marketing support beyond the initial sales and marketing support is required from Licensor by Licensee, the parties will enter into a separate sales and marketing support agreement which will define the terms under which additional sales and marketing support is to be provided by Licensor to Licensee.
Sales and Marketing Support. At a Party’s request and at no additional charge, the other Party will provide commercially reasonable sales and marketing support for the permitted activities hereunder, which will include, in addition to the other obligations set forth in this Section 8, the following: (a) providing commercially reasonable training to the first Party’s sales personnel regarding the other Party’s Products and Services prior to the first Party’s marketing, promoting, and or distributing or making available the other Party’s Products or Services, and at least annually thereafter; (b) assisting the first Party in developing marketing strategies, plans, and marketing and training materials describing the other Party’s Products or the Services either on their own or as complementary solutions to any of the first Party’s products or services; (c) providing the first Party with a reasonable quantity of standard brochures, presentations, and materials related to the other Party’s Products, the Services and/or the other Party in hard copy and electronic form; and (d) participating in sales meetings with the first Party’s sales and/or actual or potential Sublicensed Customer or Managed Services Customer personnel.
Sales and Marketing Support. Customer grants to Provider the right to display Customer’s name and logo as part of Provider’s customer listings, references and on marketing material; provided that each such use is subject to Customer’s written approval. Such approval is not to be unreasonably withheld.
Sales and Marketing Support. Verint shall use commercially reasonable efforts to support Reseller’s sales and marketing activities as they relate to Verint Offerings under this Agreement. At no charge to Reseller, Verint shall provide Reseller with electronic copies of the Verint marketing collateral applicable to the Verint Offerings subject to this Agreement.
Sales and Marketing Support. Consulting. Company hereby retains WellDyne Health to provide guidance and advice related to the sale and marketing of Products (“Consulting Services”). WellDyne Health hereby agrees to provide Consulting Services to the Company with respect to the bringing to market of products in the following areas (subject to expansion by mutual agreement, the “Company Markets”): surgical reinsurance, capitated wound care, and other related product lines (including, without limitation, dental, dermatological, and sunburn ). Company acknowledges and agrees that WellDyne Health reserves the right to utilize or designate members of its workforce to provide the aforementioned Consulting Services at its discretion.
Sales and Marketing Support. [***] the Company will provide [***] marketing support for the permitted activities hereunder, which will include, the following: (a) assisting Allscripts in developing marketing strategies, plans, and marketing and training materials describing the Installed Software, Subscription Software Services or Merchant Processing Services or the Services as a complementary solution to any Allscripts product or service; (b) providing Allscripts with a reasonable quantity of standard Company brochures, presentations, and materials related to the Installed Software, Subscription Software Services or Merchant Processing Services, the Services and/or the Company in hard copy and electronic form; and (c) participating in sales meetings with Allscripts sales and/or actual or potential Sublicensed Customer personnel.
