SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE. RIVER ROCK ACADEMY LLC shall NOT provide any food service and the requirements of Appendix 3 of the 2015 2017 Guidelines regarding Private Alternative Education Institutions set forth on page 36, items 21-2c do not apply.

SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE. Bethesda shall provide all food service and meet the requirements ofAppendix 3 of the 2003/2008 Guidelines regarding Private Alternative Education Institutions set forth on page 36, items 21-2c and all state and local statutes regarding food safety, inspections, and sanitation for students at the West 18th Education Center.
SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE. The Career Alternative Education Program does provide a daily meal for students enrolled in the program that is prepared in a school kitchen. The Erie County Technical School assures that kitchen and cafeteria facilities used for this food service meet all state and local statutes regarding food safety and sanitation.
SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE. The parties recognize that the nature of the School’s service delivery will not require food services at the School.

Bethesda warrants that all employees and members of its staff are citizens of the United States of America. Bethesda warrants that all employees and members of its staff have applied for and received all applicable and appropriate background information, including Criminal History Records as required by 24 P.S. 1-1 I I and Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearances as required by 23 For Review P.S. 6354, and that all records received show no evidence of a criminal background or a background of child abuse.
SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE. Food service to the School is the responsibility of the School and must be provided according to applicable district, state and federal rules and regulations. The School shall provide healthy snacks as described in the approved Agreement application. The School is solely responsible for funding any deficits it incurs in such services and programs and the Sponsor shall have no liability for same. The School shall distribute Free and Reduced Price Meal application forms to students and shall certify student eligibility for such programs using required Federal rules and procedures. These records may be used to certify eligibility for participation in other State/Federally-funded programs (i.e., Title I). All records must be accurately completed and maintained for review by State/Federal auditors for three (3) years plus current year.
