Section 7.7.2. 37 The returning employee will be assigned to the position occupied before the leave of absence if 38 the position exists. In the event the position does not exist, the returning employee will be placed 39 commensurate with ability and experience. Employees hired to fill positions created due to 40 leaves of absence shall be informed of the return rights of employees on leave of absence and the 41 provisions of Article VIII and shall be subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement 42 while employed in the leave of absence position, provided, however, that such leave replacement 43 employees are subject to termination of their employment upon the employee on leave’s return. 44
Section 7.7.2. 46 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the rate of one and 47 one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay.
Section 7.7.2. 29 Any new Support Specialist, in consultation with the lead person at the site, may request and 30 receive assistance and training in the Point of Sale system in consultation with his/her field 31 assistant for up to four (4) days, as needed. 35 A R T I C L E V I I I 37 LEAVES
Section 7.7.2. 24 All other bargaining unit employees will be assigned a definite and regular shift and workweek 25 with designated times of beginning and ending.
Section 7.7.2. 16 All hours worked on Saturday shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times 17 the employee's base pay, except bus drivers, subject to Section 7.7.1. No employee shall work 18 on a Saturday unless specifically requested by the Superintendent.
Section 7.7.2. 31 All overnight transportation trips shall be negotiated at the time of the trip by the driver 32 involved, transportation supervisor, and the Superintendent of Schools.
Section 7.7.2. Prior to the start of the school year, paraeducators shall attend the building staff meeting scheduled 17 on one of the certificated employee TRI days prior to the first student day of school.
Section 7.7.2. 32 All employees called for emergency service shall receive no less than one (1) hour per call at 33 the regular hourly rate. Emergency service shall be defined as any work other than the normal 34 work shift, work day, or extra trip noncontiguous with the normal work shift, work day, or 35 extra trip.
Section 7.7.2. 3 Unless mutually agreed otherwise, all hours worked on Saturday, as defined herein, shall be 4 compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base rate of pay. All 5 hours worked on Saturday or Sunday in excess of the employee's normal shift shall be 6 compensated at a rate twice the employee's base pay.
Section 7.7.2 trips other than regular daily scheduled bus routes shall be compensated at the employee’s 21 base hourly rate for driving time; provided, however, that bus drivers shall be subject to the 22 provisions relative to overtime hereinafter provided. 24 In the event an employee (who has a current CDL) drives a route or takes a trip during school 25 hours, and their primary job is in a classification other than Transportation, the employee shall 26 be paid the regular driver’s rate of pay for driving and shall be paid at their primary job rate of 27 pay for trip off duty time (standby).
