Section 9.6.4. Employees hired to fill positions of employees on leave of absence will be hired for a specific 6 period of time, during which they shall be subject to all provisions of this Agreement. It shall 7 be the responsibility of the employer to inform replacement employees of these provisions.
Section 9.6.4. 25 Displaced employees who are interviewed for possible placement shall be notified of the results of 26 such interviews as soon as practicable after interviewing for the vacant position.

Section 9.6.4. 30 Employees who enlist, or have enlisted, in the Armed Forces of the United States shall be 31 granted an extended leave of absence for a length of time sufficient to cover their initial term of 32 active duty.
