Selection of Committee Members. The FAC will be selected by the end of the third week of semester I of each year. The principal working with the site representative of the Association shall conduct the election. Selection of Committee Members. A. The District shall provide release time for five representatives to meet and negotiate with the District in compliance with the EERA. B. The Federation shall appoint fifty percent (50%) of classified representatives to all District- wide or College-wide committees consisting of classified, faculty and administrators; with additional representatives, if requested by the committee. C. The Federation appointees shall serve on two Campus, District or District-wide committees (including their subcommittees) and may serve on other committees with approval by their immediate supervisor. D. The Campuses and the District shall supply the Federation with a list of all established committees by October 1 of each year.
