Service Configuration. Customer may use the Services solely in conformance with the Service Configuration, Permitted Use and applicable laws. If Customer requires an increase in the Service Configuration, further charges may be due. If Customer exceeds Service Configuration limits, Questionmark may charge Customer for excess use on a pro rata basis calculated with reference to the then current Order pricing. Questionmark will use commercially reasonable efforts to advise Customer of excess use.

Service Configuration. TransLink and LightLink Services are provided with Two-Point Service. Multipoint Service is not available with TransLink or LightLink Service.
Service Configuration. Based upon information provided by Customer and the available Service features and capabilities, Evolve IP will configure the Service(s) for Customer prior to the activation of the Services; provided, however, that Customer shall have sole responsibility for configuration with respect to all of its own Customer Equipment, Third Party Equipment, and other networks, systems, equipment, facilities, or property not provided by Evolve IP.
Service Configuration. 5.1 A Configuration Card provides for the interface at which a channelized or lower speed service terminates or originates from an OptiPoint optical line terminated at Customer designated premises or a CenturyLink Central Office. DS1, DS3, and OC3 concatenated cards are available for interfacing OptiPoint-3 service with lower level signals. DS1, DS3, OC3, OC3 concatenated, and OC12 concatenated cards are available for interfacing with OptiPoint-12 Service. 5.2 If Customer requests the Service be configured for lower level service, card rate elements will apply. Configuration Cards will be required based upon the characteristics of the Service. 5.3 Due to the technical limitations of SONET facilities, additional regeneration equipment may be required for essential detection and retransmission of SONET signals between Customer's premises and the CenturyLink serving wire center for that premises. Additional regeneration equipment will only be provided by CenturyLink when the actual fiber facility distance between Customer's premises and serving wire center exceeds SONET design limits. A monthly recurring OptiPoint Regeneration Charge will apply for each regenerator required for the provision of the Service. 5.4 Multipoint service is not available with the Service.

Customer is required to configure the router it intends to utilize with WAN Defense Mitigation to accept a GRE tunnel and MCI will provide Customer with examples as to how to complete this task. Customer is responsible for confirming that its WAN Defense Mitigation service configuration is configured in accordance with Customer’s preferences prior to and after activation.

Service Configuration. Customer can configure Hosted PBX/VOIP Integrated Access to support DS-1 or PRI to interface to their telephony equipment. DS-1 supports between twelve (12) and twenty-four (24) voice channels. PRI supports between eleven (11) and twenty- three (23) B-channels for transport and one (1) D-channel for signaling. For Hosted PBX/VOIP Integrated Access configured for PRI, the D-channel is counted as one (1) of Customer’s ordered voice channels. All Channels for both DS-1 and PRI will be configured for direct inward dial capability. Globalgig will implement the Service utilizing standard IP configurations (static routing) and provide Customer with the initial configuration of the IAD, as determined by Customer’s requirements. The configuration within the IAD is integral to the performance of Service provided by Globalgig. Changes made to the configuration of the IAD, including IADs provided by third parties, may impair the Service provided by Globalgig. The technology and transmission path utilized to provide the Hosted PBX/VOIP Integrated Access service will be selected based on Globalgig’s sole discretion. Service will be tested from the Globalgig network once the access circuit is delivered by Globalgig’s chosen access vendor. A final circuit test will be completed during installation. Additional charges may apply or Globalgig may refuse to provide the Service if the availability of suitable network facilities is limited or involves additional costs.
Service Configuration. The services to be offered (mainly advisory and as an effort that cannot be acquired in the long term by the DCA Cyprus for the CYPRO implementation time horizon), shall be stemming from the European Air Traffic Control Harmonisation and Integration Programme and be governed by its principles. Furthermore the internal Quality Management and Control already in force within EUROCONTROL Advisory Services shall be applied throughout the Project to control services and deliverables. The final product shall ensure through its timely implementation that Cyprus shall be fully in line with the rest of Europe as far its ATM System is concerned.
