Repair Plan. If You purchased a Repair Plan, in the event of a covered claim, We will furnish or pay for labor and/or parts required to repair the Failure of Your Product. Non-original manufacturer’s parts of like kind and quality may be used if the original manufacturer’s parts are unavailable. In lieu of repairing the Product, We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to replace Your Product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, not necessarily the same brand. If Your Product is replaced, We will have no further obligation to repair or replace Your Product and You will not be entitled to make any further claims under this Service Agreement.
Repair Plan. If Your Product or a Component Product of Your furniture set becomes accidentally stained or damaged during normal use, a professional cleaning solution package will be provided; should this not resolve the stain or damage to your Product, a professional technician may be sent to service the problem at no cost to you. In the event We are unable to repair the covered stain or damage to Your Product, the Administrator, at its discretion, will replace the affected Component Product, or replace Your Product in its entirety. Replacement Component Product(s) will be of comparative quality to the original Component Product of the furniture set, provided the price of the replacement does not exceed the original purchase price of the Component Product being replaced. Replacement of your complete Product will fulfill this Service Agreement in its entirety and will discharge all further obligations under this Service Agreement, where allowed by law. Replacement furniture products are not eligible for coverage under this Service Agreement. Component Products of Your furniture set are eligible for a one-time replacement only; once the affected Component Product has been replaced, the replacement Component Product will not be eligible for coverage for the remaining term of this Service Agreement. Any unaffected Component Products of your furniture set will continue to be covered under this Plan for the remaining term of this Service Agreement, provided no claim was made on such unaffected Component Products. We will not replace or provide compensation for unaffected Component Products that do not match the replacement products. This Service Agreement does not cover pickup, maintenance inspections, crating or delivery or freight charges. Coverage for fabric, leather, vinyl upholstery and mattresses includes: Coverage for case goods and other hard surface furniture includes: DEDUCTIBLE: There is no Deductible required to obtain service on Your Product.

Repair Plan. The WCPS Preferred Plan coverage begins on the date of product purchase or date of installation by the selling retailer (proof of installation date will be required if different from product purchase date) and continues for the period indicated on your sales receipt. Coverage under this Plan is effective immediately upon the expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original written parts and labor warranty. During the manufacturer’s warranty period, any parts, labor, on-site or shipping covered by that warranty are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. After the manufacturer’s warranty expires, this Plan will furnish labor and replacement parts necessary to maintain your covered product in good operating condition. If service is needed because of a product failure during normal usage, the Administrator has the option to repair or replace the defective product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily the same brand. A replacement part or product may be new or refurbished. Repair of resolution (pixels) failure must match the factory minimum standards before an authorized repair occurs. Products sold through an Unauthorized Dealer or an Unauthorized Internet Provider do not carry an original manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty and are therefore ineligible for coverage under a Preferred Service Plan and will be cancelled.
Repair Plan. This Service Agreement shall commence immediately upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original written warranty. If for example, the manufacturer provides a split warranty coverage program wherein the term durations are unequal for parts and labor (e.g., three months of labor and twelve months of parts coverage), and You have purchased a 12 month (365 days) extended service agreement, this plan shall commence on day 91 when the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty ends and will provide labor coverage through day 455. Both parts and labor coverage under this agreement shall expire at the end of day 455. The product manufacturer has primary responsibility for replacement or repair of the covered product during the manufacturer’s warranty period. It shall remain in effect, subject to the Limit of Liability defined above, for the term specified in the sales documentation provided to You at time of purchase. All products and/or parts replaced under this plan are the property of US in their entirety. WHAT IS NOT COVERED: (A) ANY EQUIPMENT LOCATED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; (B) EQUIPMENT SOLD WITHOUT A MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY OR SOLD “AS IS;” (C) REFURBISHED PRODUCTS WITH LESS THAN AN ORIGINAL NINETY (90) DAYS MANUFACTURER’S PARTS AND LABOR LIMITED WARRANTY; (D) MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT NECESSITATED BY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE OTHER THAN NORMAL USE AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER’S SPECIFICATIONS AND OWNER’S MANUAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THEFT, EXPOSURE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, OPERATOR NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE, ABUSE, IMPROPER ELECTRICAL/POWER SUPPLY, ETC.; (E) UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR ATTACHMENTS, TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE ; (F) COSMETIC DAMAGE TO CASE OR CABINETRY OR OTHER NON-OPERATING PARTS OR COMPONENTS; (G) LACK OF MANUFACTURER SPECIFIED MAINTENANCE, IMPROPER EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS, VANDALISM, ANIMAL OR INSECT INFESTATION, RUST, DUST, CORROSION, DEFECTIVE BATTERIES, BATTERY LEAKAGE, OR ACTS OF NATURE OR ANY OTHER PERIL ORIGINATING FROM OUTSIDE THE PRODUCT; (H) TELEVISION OR PERSONAL COMPUTER MONITOR SCREEN IMPERFECTIONS, INCLUDING ‘BURN-IN’ OR BURNED CRT PHOSPHOR, CAUSED BY VIDEO GAMES, PROLONGED DISPLAY OF ONE OR MORE SIGNAL(S), OR OTHER ABUSE; (I) DIGITAL/VIDEO PROJECTOR AND “DLP” TYPE REAR PROJECTION TV’S BULBS; (J) DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE LCD SCREENS WHEN THE FAILURE IS CAUSED BY ABUSE OR IS OTHERWISE EXCLUDED HEREIN; (K) ALL DISPLA...
Repair Plan. If You purchased a Repair Plan and have a Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown, We will repair Your Covered Product. If the Covered Product cannot be repaired or is not cost effective to repair as determined by Us, at Our sole discretion, We will replace Your Covered Product with a new, rebuilt, or refurbished product of equal or similar features and functionality but not necessarily the same brand, excluding sales tax, not to exceed the Limit of Liability under Section C below. If Your Covered Product is covered by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, or has installed parts that carry a parts only warranty, We will cover the labor to repair Your Covered Product that would not otherwise be covered by the manufacturer. The total amount We will pay under the Repair Plan shall in no event exceed the original purchase price of Your Covered Product, excluding sales tax, not to exceed the Limit of Liability under Section C below. Coverage begins upon expiration of the shortest duration of the original manufacturer’s warranty. Only qualifying bicycles with a selling price between one hundred dollars ($100) and four-hundred-ninety-nine dollars and 99 cents (499.99) are eligible for coverage under the Repair Plan.

A. Food Loss Protection for Refrigerators and Freezers Only: To receive coverage for food loss, the failure of your refrigerator or freezer must be due to a defect in the components of the appliance, excluding icemaker repairs. You will be reimbursed up to $100.00 per qualified service repair per contract year. To receive payment, you must have the appliance repaired by a service center authorized by the Administrator and submit the following: a copy of the repair order, an itemized list of food lost due to the lack of refrigeration, and proof of purchase for the replaced food.
