During the Term the Company will maintain at least twenty (20) field service engineers (the “Company Field Service Engineers”) and Distributor will maintain at least seventy (70) field service engineers (the “Distributor Field Service Engineers”). The Company Field Service Engineers will be primarily dedicated to the service of the Products pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The parties expect to adjust the responsibilities of the Company Field Service Engineers and the Distributor Field Service Engineers over time as the Distributor gains expertise in service capabilities and the Company’s service requirements are therefor reduced and the parties will develop over time mutually agreeable guidelines for the performance of services with respect to the Products (the “Service Guidelines”). Once established, each party will perform in accordance with such Service Guidelines. On completion of the job, you will submit a full engineers report to Xxxxxxxxxx MFG Ltd, confirming the serial number of the Xxxxxxxxxx Product repaired and providing detailed breakdown of the work carried out, components used and any photographs available. You are also to provide a point of contact that Xxxxxxxxxx MFG Ltd can liaise with. This is to ensure the speedy resolution of the situation.
