Service Locations and Times. Service Locations Program services, including scheduling, coordination of program services, and direct service to youth, are provided at the locations listed below. Service Times The Provider shall ensure program services shall be accessible to all participating youth enrolled in the program during traditional and non-traditional business hours 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Provider will provide services to youth and operate under the terms of the Contract from July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2019, or upon full execution of the Contract, whichever is later. The Department will not approve services rendered prior to full execution of the Contract signed by both parties. Key personnel of the Provider shall be available for contact by the Department of Juvenile Justice during the working hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight/Standard Time, Monday through Friday with the exception of weekends and holidays. The Provider is not authorized to make changes in the service delivery location(s) without prior written consent of the Department’s Contract Manager. Requests for changes in the service location(s) must be submitted in writing a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the requested location change. Property Title (ownership) to all non-expendable property shall be vested in the Department at the time of the purchase of the property if the property is acquired from: Expenditure of funds provided by the Department under a cost-reimbursement Contract. Expenditure of funds provided by the Department as operational expense dollars. All state-furnished property acquired by the Provider through funding sources identified above, with a cost of $1,000 or more and lasting more than one year, and hardback-covered bound books costing $250 or more, shall be accounted for in accordance with chapter 10.300, Rules of the Auditor General. All such property, including replacements to state-furnished property that is lost, destroyed, exhausted, or surplused under the terms of this Contract, shall be returned to the Department upon Contract termination.   • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Scaling Locations, Rules, and Organizations All logs from timber sold under the terms and conditions of this contract shall be: (1) scaled at a location approved in writing by STATE; (2) scaled by a third-party scaling organization with a current agreement with STATE; and (3) scaled using the Official Log Scaling and Grading Rules (as adopted by the Northwest Log Rules Advisory Group) and STATE special service scaling instructions in effect at the time the logs are scaled. Utilization scale shall be handled in accordance with the section titled, “Utilization Scale.” PURCHASER shall enter into a written agreement with a third-party scaling organization for the scaling of logs removed from the timber sale area. PURCHASER shall furnish STATE with a copy of the scaling agreement upon request. If logs are delivered when a TPSO scaler is not present, PURCHASER must provide STATE with a method to assure protection and accountability. PURCHASER shall provide STATE with remote check scaling opportunities for logs scaled under this contract. The last two loads at each delivery point shall be continuously available for checking. They shall remain available for a minimum of 48 hours unless replaced by other STATE loads. They shall be available as originally presented for scaling; i.e., if truck scaled, they shall be presented in bunks. In the event scaling is suspended for any reason, hauling operations shall be immediately suspended until approved alternate scaling services are provided, or service by the scaling organization is resumed.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
