Service Locations and Times. CONTRACTOR shall keep the Public Right-of-Way in the Service Area free of Abandoned Waste. The goal is to have any Abandoned Waste for as short of a time as possible, using Reasonable Business Efforts, but never more than seven calendar days. Service Locations and Times. Service Locations Program services, including scheduling, coordination of program services, and direct service to youth, are provided at the locations listed below. Service Times The Provider shall ensure program services shall be accessible to all participating youth enrolled in the program during traditional and non-traditional business hours 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Provider will provide services to youth and operate under the terms of the Contract from July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2019, or upon full execution of the Contract, whichever is later. The Department will not approve services rendered prior to full execution of the Contract signed by both parties. Key personnel of the Provider shall be available for contact by the Department of Juvenile Justice during the working hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight/Standard Time, Monday through Friday with the exception of weekends and holidays. The Provider is not authorized to make changes in the service delivery location(s) without prior written consent of the Department’s Contract Manager. Requests for changes in the service location(s) must be submitted in writing a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the requested location change. Title (ownership) to all non-expendable property shall be vested in the Department at the time of the purchase of the property if the property is acquired from: Expenditure of funds provided by the Department under a cost-reimbursement Contract. Expenditure of funds provided by the Department as operational expense dollars. All state-furnished property acquired by the Provider through funding sources identified above, with a cost of $1,000 or more and lasting more than one year, and hardback-covered bound books costing $250 or more, shall be accounted for in accordance with chapter 10.300, Rules of the Auditor General. Service delivery times for participants may vary throughout the service location sites and should be provided during days and hours that will encourage participation in the Subrecipient’s programming. Because many individuals may be better served with extended hours, the Subrecipient is encouraged to offer evening and weekend customer service, including application assistance. The Subrecipient must submit a copy of the schedule of days and times for customer service assistance to the XXX Xxxxx Manager within thirty (30) calendar days of Agreement execution.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support.   • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements.   • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Where the Employer does work which falls under the following headings, the Employer agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Changes in Locations, Name, etc The Borrower shall not (i) change the location of its chief executive office/chief place of business from that specified in Section 6 hereof or (ii) change its name, identity or corporate structure (or the equivalent) or change the location where it maintains its records with respect to the Collateral unless it shall have given the Lender at least 30 days prior written notice thereof and shall have delivered to the Lender all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and amendments thereto as the Lender shall request and taken all other actions deemed necessary by the Lender to continue its perfected status in the Collateral with the same or better priority.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda.
