Shop Xxxxxxx Leave. Employees who have been elected or appointed as shop stewards shall be granted an unpaid leave of absence to attend one shop xxxxxxx’x convention each year. These leaves will be granted subject to the needs of the business, but in any case the leaves of absence will not be for periods longer than three (3) days.
Shop Xxxxxxx Leave. During the term of this Agreement and with adequate advance notice to the Employer of not less than ten (10) days, Union Shop Stewards who have been identified in writing by the Union will be granted two (2) days of leave per year with pay at their normal hourly rate for educational training to be conducted by the Union.
Shop Xxxxxxx Leave. A shop xxxxxxx taking leave in accordance with subsection 5.D.2.a. and 5.D.2.b. herein shall report such time to their supervisor as payroll code “UNI” (Shop Xxxxxxx Leave).
Shop Xxxxxxx Leave a) To allow shop stewards to attend to union affairs, the employer shall grant paid leave for such purpose to those concerned, on the following basis:
Shop Xxxxxxx Leave. One employee elected as Shop Xxxxxxx shall be allowed a leave of absence with pay not to exceed one (1) day per year to attend conventions, seminars, etc. if the meetings to be attended are in New Hampshire. Attendance must be verified.
