Xxxxx’s leave means paid or unpaid leave taken by an Employee to provide care or support to a Immediate Family Member of the Employee, or a member of the Employee’s household, who requires care or support because of a personal illness, or injury, of the member; or an unexpected emergency affecting the member;
Xxxxx’s leave refers to the use of an employee’s entitlement to sick leave for the purposes of caring for an immediate family member. An employee may apply to the Head, Human Resources for carer’s leave with respect to a person not covered by the definition of “immediate family” but for whom there is a significant and close cultural or family relationship.
Xxxxx’s leave means leave provided in accordance with this clause.

Xxxxx’s leave means personal leave when absent from work for the purpose of caring for an immediate family member or member of your household who is sick and requires care and support.
Xxxxx’s leave means unpaid leave taken by a casual employee to provide care or support to a member of the employee’s immediate family, or a member of the employee’s household, who requires care or support because of a personal illness or injury, or because of an unexpected emergency affecting that person. A casual employee is entitled to a period of up to 2 days unpaid carer’s leave, in accordance with the provisions of the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard, for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or the employee’s household requires care and support because of a personal illness, injury or unexpected emergency affecting the person. At the commencement of their normal working time or as soon as reasonably practicable, the employee will inform the company of the employee’s inability to attend for work for reason of xxxxx’s leave and, as far as practicable, state the estimated duration of the absence. If absent for more than 2 consecutive days for reason of carer’s leave, or absent for more than 2 single days in any 12 month period of employment for reason of carer’s leave, the employee will be required to produce a medical certificate or a statutory declaration, stating that the employee was unable to attend for duty on account of a personal illness or injury, or an unexpected emergency, affecting a member of the employee’s immediate family or of the employee’s household.
Xxxxx’s leave is leave for the purpose of an employee providing care to a member of the employee’s household or immediate family which includes: a spouse, a former spouse, a de facto spouse or a former de facto spouse; a child which includes an adopted child, a step child an ex-nuptial child or an adult child; parent, grandparent, grandchild, or sibling of the employee; or a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a spouse of the employee. Paid carer’s leave can only be taken up to a maximum of 10 days in any one year and the employee shall be required to provide proof to the Enterprise of the need for the time off to provide such care.
Xxxxx’s leave means leave taken for the purpose of caring for an Immediate Family member or Household Member who is sick and requires the employee’s care and support. Casual Employee means an employee employed on an hourly basis for meeting of short term needs or where no regular work pattern exists and who is paid in accordance with the conditions set out in clause 25.5 (Casual Employment).
