Parental leave and other entitlements An employee may in lieu of or in conjunction with parental leave, access any annual leave or long service leave entitlements which they have accrued subject to the total amount of leave not exceeding 52 weeks.
Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.
Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises.
TUITION AND OTHER FEES 5.1 The Training Provider may determine the tuition fee it charges to any Skills First Student for delivery of programs on the Funded Scope, unless:
Emergency Service Leave Where employees' services are required for emergency operations by request from the Provincial Emergency Program or appropriate police authority, leave from work as required may be granted without loss of basic pay. If any remuneration, other than for expenses, is received, it shall be remitted to the Employer.
SETTLEMENT AND OTHER EXPENSES A. The following expenses must be paid at or prior to closing:
Travel and Other Expenses ODHS shall not reimburse Contractor for any travel or additional expenses under this Contract.
Insurance and Other Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive and the Executive’s dependents shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s insurance programs and any ERISA benefit plans, as the same may be adopted and/or amended from time to time (the “Benefits”). The Executive shall be entitled to paid personal days on a basis consistent with the Company’s other senior executives, as determined by the Board. The Executive shall be bound by all of the policies and procedures established by the Company from time to time. However, in case any of those policies conflict with the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
Emergency Services Leave 6.17.1 Subject to operational requirements, paid leave of absence shall be granted by the Employer to an Employee who is an active volunteer member of State Emergency Service, St Xxxx Ambulance Brigade, Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service, Xxxx Fire Brigades, Volunteer Marine Rescue Services Groups or FESA Units, in order to allow for attendances at emergencies as declared by the recognised authority.
