Sick Leave -- General Provisions. Paid Sick Leave is a negotiated benefit and is subject to the restrictions set forth in the master agreement and Board policy. The terms and restrictions of this policy do not apply to leave that is available to an eligible Teacher pursuant to The Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), nor shall the terms of this policy be interpreted to limit or infringe upon the benefits or protections of the FMLA.
