Sick Leave Reinstatement. A teacher who has previously taught in Perry and is rehired shall have accumulated sick leave previously accumulated with Perry Township Schools fully reinstated, on his/her first day of service, provided that the teacher was not under a teaching contract during the intervening year(s).
Sick Leave Reinstatement. Should any employee use any of his/her accumulated sick leave from the time of the injury/disease to the date of the allowance by the Industrial Commission, such sick leave attributed to the allowed service connected injury/disease will be reinstated to the employee’s credit and the same charged to injury/disease leave subject to the maximums provided in Section 1 above.
Sick Leave Reinstatement. The Employer agrees to reinstate the Sick Leave Policy in effect prior to September 3, 2012, effective the first full payroll period following the date of ratification of the successor agreements.
Sick Leave Reinstatement. Any employee who has met their maximum accrued sick leave
A. The employee must be at his or her maximum sick leave accrual cap (2160 hours or 1440 hours) or within two days of such cap (2112 hours or 1392 hours) at the time such employee takes ten (10) or more consecutive days of sick leave; and
B. The employee must have worked one (1) year from the date of return from such sick leave and taken not more than five (5) sick days (120 hours) in that year; and
C. The employee’s accrued sick leave after reinstatement shall not exceed the applicable cap on accrued sick leave as provided in Section 12.1. Employees hired on or after April 1, 2013 shall not be eligible for reinstatement of sick leave.
Sick Leave Reinstatement. For employees who have accrued a minimum of nine hundred and forty-four (944) hours of sick leave and who, due to illness, injury or disability take a minimum of ten (10) days up to a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) days of accumulated sick leave and are able to furnish a physician’s statement attesting to the employee’s illness, injury or disability and subsequent recovery, will be reinstated the actual number of sick leave days taken. An employee must have worked a minimum of one (1) year from the date of return and taken not more than ten (10) sick days in that year to qualify for this provision. Also, any employee whose sick leave accrual is below, or had fallen below, nine hundred and forty-four (944) hours at the time the illness or injury occurs is not eligible for this provision. Employees hired after November 1, 2008 are not eligible for this provision. Employees hired prior to November 1, 2008 and who participate in the sick leave buyout program per Section 14.8 are not eligible for this sick leave reinstatement provision.
Sick Leave Reinstatement. The Department will not pay employees for unused sick leave upon termination of employment. Employees who are rehired by the Department within one year from the date of separation will have any previously unused and accrued sick leave hours reinstated.
Sick Leave Reinstatement. A teacher who has previously taught in the MSDPT and is rehired shall have accumulated sick leave previously accumulated in the MSDPT fully reinstated, on his/her first day of service, provided that the teacher was not under a teaching contract during the intervening year(s).
Sick Leave Reinstatement. Unused sick leave benefits, accumulated prior to layoff, will be reinstated upon return to work.
Sick Leave Reinstatement. Xxxx leave accrual shall be reinstated for employees who are re-employed within one year following separation from CSC and who forfeited unused sick leave at the time of separation.
