Sick Leave Screening Committee a. An employee who is unable to work because of prolonged personal catastrophic injury/illness and has exhausted his/her accumulated sick leave may apply to the Sick Leave Screening Committee for additional paid sick leave from the Board. The screening committee will be comprised of the Superintendent, Association President, Transportation Director and the Bus Driver Representative. A majority vote of this Committee will decide whether or not to grant additional sick leave days and the number of days that will be granted, if so decided.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities.   • JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE In order to encourage open communication, promote harmonious labor relations, and resolve matters of mutual concern, the parties agree to create a joint labor- management committee. The committee will be governed by the following principles:
