Sidewalks and Trails. Upon final acceptance of the Project, maintenance of sidewalk and trails shall be provided in accordance with the current County and City Maintenance Agreement. The County and the City shall be responsible for the costs of trail resurfacing or reconstruction in accordance with County policies included in the County’s current adopted Transportation Plan.
Sidewalks and Trails. All portions of the development must be accessible by a direct, convenient, attractive, safe, and comfortable system of pedestrian facilities. The development must provide appropriate pedestrian amenities. A multimodal trail with minimum width of twelve feet must be constructed within each phase of the Project consistent with Conceptual Land Use Plan and the Town’s bicycle/pedestrian plan. The multimodal trail and all sidewalks within rights-of-way must be dedicated to and will be maintained by the Town.

The Developer, its contractors and subcontractors, shall follow all instructions received from the City's inspectors. The Developer's engineer shall provide for on-site project management. The Developer's engineer is responsible for design changes and contract administration between the Developer and the Developer's contractor. The Developer or his engineer shall schedule a pre-construction meeting at a mutually agreeable time at the City Council ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with all parties concerned, including the City staff, to review the program for the construction work.

Developer will install sidewalks just prior to the installation of the final lift of asphalt.
Sidewalks and Trails. The sidewalks and trails, as shown in the Sidewalks and Trails Exhibit attached as Exhibit F, which specifically include: Five foot (5’) sidewalks within: (1) the right-of-way abutting all outlots, (2) S 72nd Street, and (3) Cedardale Road east of S 70th Street. Ten foot (10’) trail within: (1) S 70th Street, Outlot A, Lot 1, and Lot 4, (2) Cedardale Road right-of-way west of S 70th Street, and (3) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard from S 72nd Street to the intersection with the trail in Lot 1.
