SITE WORKS. (a) We have examined the information provided in the tender documents and concluded that there is no need for cut/borrow material for earthworks. The plant area at site 4 is mostly flattened and most of the earthworks are cut and fill type of work.
SITE WORKS. 4.1 On completion of the Works on a Site, the Contractor shall leave the whole of the relevant Site clean and in a workmanlike condition and free from all tools and debris, to the reasonable and timely satisfaction of the Housing Landlord provided that, the Housing Landlord shall not require the Contractor to leave any Site in a better condition to which it was made available to it at the commencement of the Works at that Site.
SITE WORKS. 10.1. The Supplier must, when entering any KPE site, comply with the relevant site procedures and policies. Site and area specific inductions must be completed, as required, prior to entering each Site. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to obtain each site’s procedures and policies.

Where the Contract requires the Company, its employees, sub-contractors or agents to carry out work within the Buyer’s premises or sites, the Buyer shall ensure that throughout the period that such personnel are within the Buyer’s premises or sites, all relevant statutory rules and regulations will be observed in the carrying out of the said rules in addition to the Company’s own rules and regulations.
