Size of Salary Increase. In each year of the SCP the aggregate bargaining unit salary increases (including bonuses, if appropriate) shall be awarded in the percentages set forth in C.3 and C.4 below. However, the awarding of a salary increase under the SCP shall not result in a salary that exceeds the maximum salary for the employee’s salary grade. The minimum and maximum salary for each grade shall be increased by the amount/percentages set forth in C.1 and C.2. Employees whose proposed salary increase would put them above the maximum salary for his/her salary grade shall receive a one–time bonus for the amount of a proposed increase that exceeds the maximum salary for the grade. Salary increases and bonuses, if any, for grant-funded employees shall be borne by, and shall be subject to the availability of funds for this purpose, the grant that supports the employee.

Size of Salary Increase. A salary increase pursuant to the FCP will be awarded as follows: 2008-2009: There shall be no regular salary increases. The total pool of funds set forth in PART ONE Section II shall be available for enhanced salary increases. The amount of an enhanced salary increase, if any, that may be awarded shall be at least 1% of the faculty member’s salary as of June 30, 2008 or $500, whichever is less. The total salary increase a faculty member may receive is an enhanced salary increase of up to 9%.

  • General Salary Increase 1. Effective with the start of the pay week commencing closest to September 1, 2013, employees shall be provided an across-the-board salary increase of one percent (1%). Salary schedules shall be increased accordingly.
