SPECIAL PROJECT PAY. 1. When a teacher(s) is contracted by the Board to work on special projects outside of the regular school term or exclusive of his/her normal teaching assignment, the remuneration received by the teacher(s) will be as agreed between the teacher(s) and the Board. Such remuneration shall not include the costs of material, the printing or production costs or other resources necessary for the completion of the special project.

SPECIAL PROJECT PAY. Special Project Pay of no less than 5% may be paid in addition to base wages for employees assigned a significant job assignment outside their usual scope of work and not typically performed in another City job classification. Such pay will only be provided for the duration of the project work being performed and is intended to have a finite project end date. The assignment of this pay shall not be used as a device to circumvent an employee being reclassified to a higher paying position. Special Project assignments in excess of 90 days must be reviewed by the Finance Director who will make a recommendation to the City Manager. The City Manager must give approval for special project assignments that exceed 90 days. The City will notify the Union of any special project assignments that exceeds the 90-day limit.

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment B. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor.   • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Construction Budget The total amount indicated by the District for the Project plus all other costs, including design, construction, administration, financing, and all other costs.
