Specification of Work. The entities on which Reciprocal due diligence is expected to be conducted will be determined as the project progresses and will be flexible according to the nature of transaction structures that emerge. We presently envisage Reciprocal due diligence be conducted on certain entities in two phases: an initial phase and a latter phase. The initial phase of work will be high level. The scope of such work is excepted to be as follows but would be tailored as appropriate to reflect the specifics of each entity and the nature of the transaction structure, for example where more than one entity are being reviewed within one potential structure.
