Split Shift Differential. Unit members shall be paid an additional 2.5% of the normal hourly rate of pay for the regularly established hours of employment, subject to the following conditions: 8.7.1 Such stipend shall be paid to employees who have regularly scheduled uncompensated break between District work assignments of at least two (2) hours per day. 8.7.2 Such stipend shall be paid each month during which the employee works at least one-half of the scheduled workdays.
