Common use of Split Shift Differential Clause in Contracts

Split Shift Differential. Workers working two (2) or more shifts daily and who have a total elapsed time of more than eight (8) hours between the start of their first shift and the end of their last shift will receive one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month.
