Staff Management. Resort staff will maintain an orderly, secure and respectful environment by patrolling the Resort premises on a regular basis. Staff Management. 5.1 TDH shall subject to 5.2 below provide at least two custodial staff during the periods as specified in clauses 3.2, to admit and supervise visitors to the VM and such other staff as are necessary to perform the obligations under this agreement and in accordance with any recommendations contained within the VM risk assessment. 5.2 Staff provided by TDH for provision of services to the Council under this agreement shall at all times be volunteers only and TDH hereby covenant and undertakes with the Council not at any time to:- 5.2.1 enter into a contract of employment with any person or 5.2.2 use any employee of TDH 5.2.3 use staff provided by an employment agency for the purpose of provision of services to the Council under this agreement. Such training shall incorporate any additional training as required from time to time by the Council who will bear all costs. 5.5.1 TDH shall provide to the council in writing forthwith on request the names and addresses of all members of TDH who are involved with activities within the VM and associated buildings. TDH shall also notify the Council in writing of the names and addresses of each new member from time to time within seven days of the date of commencement of his or her membership who are involved with activities within the VM and associated buildings. 5.5.2 TDH shall not permit any person to carry out duties at the VM under this agreement or to have contact with any member of the public, including but without limitation any person under the age of 18 years, until TDH has obtained for that person and has provided to the Council (at the cost of the Council) a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) disclosure which the Council has certified to TDH in writing to be satisfactory. 5.5.3 TDH shall comply with such procedures for obtaining each CRB disclosure as the Council may from time to time notify to TDH in writing. 5.6 If any person engaged by TDH at the VM is charged with or convicted of an arr...
