Workplace Surveillance a) For the safety of employees and customers, in store surveillance cameras have been installed.
b) These cameras are clearly visible and surveillance will be continuous and on an ongoing basis.
c) Information gathered through the surveillance will only be used for work purposes and will only be disclosed to a law enforcement agency in connection with a civil or criminal proceeding.
Workplace Surveillance. The Parties agree that surveillance equipment in the workplace shall be primarily used for the purposes of ensuring the security of Employer assets, and resident and employee safety. Surveillance equipment shall not normally be used for the purpose of regular monitoring of employees in the workplace.
Workplace Surveillance. 22.1 The Company may use video and global positioning system (GPS) surveillance equipment in strategically located internal and external areas of the workplace, including vehicles owned by the Company, to monitor movements. Cameras may operate continuously and surveillance may be ongoing.
22.2 The Company monitors computer and network use by employees on an ongoing and regular basis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and Company policies and procedures. The Company may at any time access, monitor and record any communication or information developed, used, received, stored or transmitted by you using Company resources. Filtering systems are installed in the Company’s network which restrict the flow of certain types of material, including emails and viruses, in and out of the network. Accordingly, some email traffic may be blocked.
Workplace Surveillance. Surveillance equipment will not be used for the purpose of monitoring of employees in the workplace.

Such surveillance is ongoing and continuous and may include the copying and retention of footage, emails and audio and computer records. Further information on the Employer's workplace surveillance activities is set out in the Workplace Surveillance Policy (which will be available to you on the Employer's intranet). You will be remunerated under the Employer's Commission Based Structure which incorporates the Basic Cost Responsibility ('BCR') remuneration packaging system. AVP Commission - Employment Agreement April 08 Your BCR represents the total cost of your employment to the Employer. In addition to your salary component, your BCR includes charges, benefits and other costs associated with your employment including, for example, the Employer's superannuation contributions payable in respect of salary, fringe benefits tax, payroll tax, salary continuation insurance, workers compensation insurance, and goods and services tax (where applicable) (collectively, the 'Costs'). The Employer will adjust the salary component of your BCR to reflect changes to the Costs (or additional Costs) as necessary at any time during your employment. You will be allocated a BCR, which is a recoverable allocation against any commission earned. If your earned commission is less than your BCR allocation at the end ofthe month, this deficit will be rolled forward to the next month and offset against available net commission. To the extent that your earned commission is less than your base BCR allocation in a given year, you will not be required to pay the shortfall to the Employer, however, your BCR will be revised and may be reduced by the Employer in line with the Minimum Performance Clause of this Agreement. The Employer may also reduce your BCR allocation at any point throughout the Commission year if it appears to the Employer that your earned commission will be less than your base BCR allocation for the year. Subject to the Employer’s rights to vary the base BCR as set out above, BCR levels are reviewed annually and any adjustment is effective 1 July. Your base monthly net salary will be paid, partly in arrears and partly in advance for the calendar month, on the Employer's monthly payroll dates (currently the 15th day of each month) by direct deposit to your nominated bank account. Workplace Surveillance. The Company may monitor or review your use of its facilities, including email and internet services, computer systems and telephone services, from the commencement to the end of your employment, in accordance with its policies and procedures. In relation to computer surveillance, the Company (or other persons authorised by the Company, including internal or external auditors) for the period of your employment may access its computers, computer networks, computer logs and other electronic records, databases and backups and use software (including surveillance software) to do so. In addition, the Company uses devices such as video cameras, CCTV security cameras, and security access entries and cards for the purpose of maintaining security and also ensuring work health and safety. You acknowledge the surveillance set out in this clause, and consent to its use.
Workplace Surveillance. The Company or any of its authorised agents may, from time to time in accordance with any statutory requirements, review, monitor, inspect and search any Company or other property used, occupied, possessed or controlled by you in connection with performing your obligations under this Agreement, including computer and information systems and devices, cabinet or vehicle. You acknowledge and agree that your email and internet use may be monitored on an intermittent and ongoing basis and that this clause constitutes notice of computer monitoring activities.
Workplace Surveillance. 35.1 You acknowledge and agree that from the commencement of your employment with us. you may be subject to:
(a) continuous and ongoing monitoring, recording, blocking and surveillance of all communications carried on or received through our communications and technology systems and all other use of our software, information technology and electronic resources (including but not limited to internet use email and any GPS device); and
(b) continuous and ongoing camera surveillance whilst on our premises or any site at which you are directed to work.
