Transfer of Personnel. The movement of a teacher to a different assignment, grade level, subject area, or building will be considered a transfer. When a vacancy occurs within a specific site and a teacher wishes to transfer within the building they currently teach, the original position is not considered a vacancy and therefore, posting is not required.When a vacancy occurs within a specific site and no teachers within the building wish to transfer, the original position is considered a vacancy and therefore requires posting. Teachers will not be transferred to another position or school site without consultation. Consultation does not necessarily mean agreement. Voluntary transfers: All vacancies as described in the first paragraph of this section which occur during the school year and for the following school year will be posted on the school website, DTV-10, all principals’ offices, teacher bulletin boards and Xxxxxx Public Schools Central Office. The listing of said vacancies will contain the date of posting and will be posted for not less than five (5) business days prior to the vacancies being filled. For job posting purposes, during the month of June the job postings will be required to be posted for three (3) business days and during the months of July and August the job postings will be required to be posted for two (2) business days. All certified positions/vacancies will be electronically (via email) posted in addition to the traditional job posting procedure. In May, certified personnel may submit a letter of intent for a voluntary transfer to another school within the Xxxxxx School District. This letter of intent may be addressed to the principal of the site in which they wish to transfer, principal of the site in which they are leaving or the assistant superintendent in charge of elementary or secondary (whichever one applies). During the months of June, July, and August, the vacancies will be posted on the school website, D-TV, and emailed to all certified employees. The vacancy list will include:
a. Position title and job description
b. Building location c. Status, e.g., permanent, temporary, part time or itinerant
Transfer of Personnel. The Chief shall have exclusive control of the stationing and transfer of all police officers, reserve police officers, and other officers and employees of the Police Division, and police auxiliary units, unless otherwise modified by this Agreement under such general rules and regulations as the Director of Public Safety prescribes. Any stationing and/or transfers which in the opinion of the members affected were done without just cause shall be referred to the grievance procedure. Under normal circumstances, the Chief shall give at least a fourteen-day notice before changing an officer’s assignment, unless a shorter time is by mutual agreement.
Transfer of Personnel. 3 SECTION 1.
Transfer of Personnel. Notwithstanding Section 2.9 above, Company or its Affiliates or designees shall have the right to extend offers of employment to any and all Provider Personnel, including Key Provider Personnel, primarily assigned to or working on the applicable terminated Services at the time of notice of termination or expiration of this Agreement and/or to provide to Termination Assistance Services. Provider shall provide reasonable access to these employees. Provider [*] shall not [*] interfere with Company’s employment efforts.
Transfer of Personnel. After the Affected KND Employees and the Affected PLTC Employees have been transferred, neither party shall directly or indirectly solicit for employment with it the personnel of the other party performing information services functions for such other party during the Term or the twelve (12) months following termination or expiration of the Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a party (the “Employing Party”) may, at any time, hire any employee of the other party that responds to an indirect solicitation aimed at the general public placed by such Employing Party (e.g., through the Employing Party’s Web-Site, a newspaper, magazine or trade journal advertisement).
Transfer of Personnel. Schedule E (Transitioned Employees) sets forth general terms and conditions governing the recruitment and transition of existing Health Net personnel to Supplier.
Transfer of Personnel. 1. The Receiving Hospital will provide to the Lending Hospital through direct communication or through the local ICS/EOC the following information:
a. The number of requested personnel and specific skills requested (transferred personnel).
b. An estimate of how quickly the request is needed.
c. The location where the transferred personnel are to report.
d. Confirmed nutritional and sleeping accommodations for the anticipated duration of the stay for the personnel providing services to the Receiving Hospital.
e. The length of service and all arrangements which must be mutually agreed upon by the Lending Hospital, Receiving Hospital and loaned personnel prior to the Lending Hospital releasing personnel.
2. The arriving transferred personnel will be required to present their Lending Hospital identification badge upon arrival at the site designated by the Receiving Hospital. The Receiving Hospital will be responsible for the following:
a. Establishing and following procedures for the arriving transferred personnel consistent with the Joint Commission Standards and state regulations pertaining to Disaster Privileges in effect at the time of the medical disaster.
b. Confirming the transferred personnel’s ID badge with the list of transferred personnel provided by the Lending Hospital.
c. Providing appropriate additional identification, e.g. “visiting personnel” badge, to the arriving transferred personnel.
3. The Receiving Hospital’s designated representative shall identify where and to whom the transferred personnel are to report. Health Care Professional or management staff of the Receiving Hospital will supervise the transferred personnel in accordance with incident command structure. The Receiving Hospital’s designated representative shall meet the transferred personnel at the point of entry of the facility and brief the transferred personnel of the situation and their assignments. If appropriate, the “emergency staffing” rules of the Receiving Hospital will govern assigned shifts. The shift for transferred personnel transferred personnel however, should be no longer than required by the Receiving Hospital of its own personnel in such an emergency, but should be scheduled no less than eight (8) hours per shift. Unless catastrophic circumstances exist, transferred personnel should be co-mingled with Receiving Hospital personnel at all times.

Transfer of Personnel. A. Teachers desiring a transfer within the school district shall file a written request for transfer with the supervisor and/or building principal (s) involved and the Superintendent. A statement of reasons for the request for transfer shall be submitted with the request.
B. When filling a vacancy, preference should be given to district needs and to qualified personnel within the school system (if professional qualifications and human relations of such personnel are essentially equal to those of other applicants). Experience within and outside the system, training, certification, and ability based on evaluation shall be considered in making transfers.
C. In the event that more than one (1) teacher within the district requests a transfer to the same position, granting of the transfer shall be accomplished using the criteria listed above. If more than one (1) teacher share equal qualifications, seniority within the system shall be considered. It shall be the responsibility of the building principal or supervisor where the “requesting” teacher taught the previous year to advise the teacher as to the final disposition of the request. This shall be done through a personal conference or contact with said teacher.
D. When an involuntary transfer has been made by the administration or Board, the responsible administrator (s) will notify the teacher by telephone as soon as possible, within three (3) working days from the date, to arrange a conference with the responsible administrator (s). Should the teacher be unavailable for conference, the transfer shall be effected and the conference shall be held at the earliest possible date. Should the responsible administrator (s) be unavailable for conference, the Superintendent or designee shall act on his/her behalf.
E. A transfer shall be defined as a move from a current assignment within a level to another assignment at a different level within the school district (i.e., from elementary to middle school, middle school to high school, etc.). Changes of duties within a level are a “reassignment” and will be affected by the responsible administrator (s) in a professional manner.
Transfer of Personnel. 20.1 The parties expect that the Transfer Regulations will not apply on the commencement of the Services or any part of them by the Supplier ("Entry"), or when the Supplier and/or any subcontractor stops providing the Services, or any part of them ("Exit").
20.2 If (1) the Transfer Regulations apply in respect of any person on Exit, or (2) any person asserts that: (a) they are or should be employed either by the Customer or by a third party (and/or any subcontractor appointed by a third party) engaged to provide services which are the same as or similar to the Services (an "Incoming Supplier") (i) as a result of the Transfer Regulations, or (ii) for some other reason connected with the provision of the Services; or (b) that the Customer or an Incoming Supplier has otherwise inherited liability as a result of the Transfer Regulations in connection with Exit, then the Supplier will indemnify the Customer and any Incoming Supplier against all Losses arising out of or in connection with:
(a) such person's employment or engagement with or termination of employment or engagement by the Supplier and/or any subcontractor, or their (actual or alleged) employment or engagement with or termination of employment or engagement by the Customer and/or an Incoming Supplier; and
(b) any claim or assertion that the Customer and/or an Incoming Supplier is liable for any breach of the Transfer Regulations.
Transfer of Personnel. A. A request for transfer shall be submitted to the Superintendent for endorsement.
B. The Superintendent shall acknowledge receipt of application and schedule an interview with the Administrator making application.
C. The Superintendent shall inform the transfer candidate of the final decision in writing within sixty (60) calendar days.
