Staffing and Appointments. ‌ 16.1 STAFFING REQUIREMENTS‌ a. Agency employees are employed by the Agency pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Act. b. Employees are public servants for the purposes of Parts I, IV, V and VI of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006.

As set out in the Act, the members of the Commission (Chair and Commissioners) serve without remuneration.
