Staffing reports. Employers shall provide the unions with reports on staffing at six-month intervals, if requested.
Staffing reports. The Union and its agent shall receive a monthly staffing report, showing all unit employees by name, rank, work location, shift, employees on leave (including type of leave and expected return date) and any and all changes thereto, as distributed by the Personnel Unit.
Staffing reports. 29 CONTRACTOR shall submit Staffing Reports to ADMINISTRATOR in support of the monthly 30 invoice. These reports shall be on a form approved or provided by ADMINISTRATOR, and shall 31 include actual hours worked by each staff member. These reports shall also identify staff member(s) 32 who have taken Compliance Training in accordance with the Compliance Paragraph of the Agreement. 33 These reports are due to ADMINISTRATOR by the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of each month 34 following the end of the month being reported.

Staffing reports. 5.1 FairPoint agrees to provide monthly reports to the Commission beginning thirty days following the Closing Date to provide the staffing status for FairPoint’s northern New England service area, with particular emphasis on adequacy of technical skills for workers being placed in new positions due to any significant departure of experienced staff in the period six months before, to one year following, the Closing Date. The report shall include training plans and progress associated with bringing workers in new technical positions up to adequate skill levels.
5.2 After the first year following the Closing Date, FairPoint shall provide the Commission semi-annual staffing reports by function. In addition, monthly reporting obligations will resume and continue for so long as at least two service quality measures are at less than 95% of the applicable standard for three consecutive months or at less than 90% of the applicable standard for one month. FairPoint also will provide a remediation plan for review to address any continuing service quality problems.
Staffing reports. Each year, within 90 days of the end of Footstar's fiscal year, a financial officer of Footstar shall provide to Kmart a certificate attesting to the amount expended by Footstar for Staffing Costs for the prior year.
