State Payment. Teachers who choose to participate in Major Medical Coverage purchased through the District sponsored Cafeteria Plan. Teachers who choose not to participate in Major Medical Coverage offered through the District sponsored Cafeteria Plan.
State Payment. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the State, acting through the Academy, shall, at its own expense, accomplish the following:
(1) Undertake usual preventive maintenance of the Training Ship, adhere to minimum levels of preventive maintenance as prescribed by the Administration, and keep the Training Ship clean and the hull (above rail), decks, deckhouses and all appurtenances (above rail) painted, according to good maritime practices and the Training Ship Custodial Care Guidance;
(2) Cause the Training Ship to be fumigated if required by the Administration and forward to the Operations Director and designee a copy of the fumigation certificate;
(3) Pay for all consumable stores, freshwater and costs incidental to the operation of the Training Ship;
(4) Pay for fuel of the Training Ship except that the Administration may provide or assist in paying the cost of fuel consumed on the Training Ship while being used for training purposes if funds are appropriated and available for such purposes;
(5) Pay and discharge any liens or lien-related claims or rights based on in rem or quasi in rem principles incurred with respect to the use of the Training Ship other than those expenses that are the responsibility of the Administration.
State Payment. For the 2019-20 school year, each full-time teacher who purchases major medical health coverage through the District’s Health Insurance Plan shall receive the monthly Flexible Benefit Allowance (FBA) required by state law. The District will apply the FBA toward the total premium cost of the District’s Health Plan. Any excess FBA allowance over the cost of the major medical coverage purchased by the teacher may be used to purchase additional benefits through the District’s Section 125 Cafeteria Plan or may be taken as taxable compensation as provided for by law. Part-time teachers shall receive benefits as provided for by state law.
State Payment. Beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, each full-time teacher who participates in the District’s Health Plan shall receive up to the full amount as provided by the State in the form of a Flexible Benefit Allowance (FBA) paid by the State of Oklahoma. The District will apply the FBA toward the total premium cost of the District’s Health Plan. Teachers who choose not to participate in the District’s Health Plan shall receive sixty-nine dollars and seventy- one cents ($69.71) per month (paid by the State) in cash through the form of their regular monthly paycheck. Teachers whose employment is terminated during the school year shall have no right to receive any cash compensation for the portion of the school year after the teacher’s termination. *Part-time teachers shall receive the benefit allowed by law. *Benefits for part time teachers are dependent upon State Department of Education determination of eligibility.
State Payment. For the 2021-22 school year, each employee under contract to work six (6) or more hours per day and whose contract position is at least one hundred seventy-two (172) days shall receive $615.90 per month through December 2021 towards their primary health insurance in accordance with the State Law. Beginning January 2022 the rate will remain $615.90. If an employee selects a primary health insurance option at a lower premium than the amount provided, he/she may apply the difference to other products under the District’s section 125 plan or receive the difference as taxable compensation.

For the 2017-18 school year, each employee under contract to work six (6) or more hours per day and whose contract position is at least one hundred seventy-two (172) days shall receive $571.04 per month through December 2017 towards their health insurance in accordance with the State Law. Beginning January 2018 the new rate will be $594.90. Employees who elect not to participate in the district’s health insurance plan may apply the monthly amount to options under the district’s Section 125 Cafeteria Plan or may receive the $189.69 monthly amount as taxable compensation. Employees whose employment is terminated during the school year shall have no right to receive any cash compensation for the portion of the school year after the date of the employee’s termination. (revised 2017-18) Eligibility to receive the Flexible Benefit allowance payments shall be as determined by the State Department of Education. Both the Board and Association agree that the eligible employee’s Flexible Benefit Allowance for any future school year is contingent upon available appropriation by the Oklahoma Legislature and allocations made by the State Department of Education.
State Payment. 2 Beginning with the 2002-03 school year, one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the 3 Health Choice high option single major medical health insurance premium shall be paid as set 4 forth in HB 1968 and Senate Xxxx 1003. An eligible support employee is one who works a 5 minimum of six hours per day who holds a “position” that is defined as a minimum of 172 days. 6 7 Taxable Compensation Benefit—Beginning with the 2002-03school year, eligible support 8 employees who elect not to participate in the state health insurance program shall receive a 9 taxable monthly benefit of $189.69. Support employees whose employment is terminated during 10 the school year shall have no right to receive any cash compensation for the portion of the school 11 year after the support employee’s termination. 12 13 Section 4. -- Overtime Pay 14 Support overtime (earned in the amount of five hours or more each contract month) shall 15 be paid through the issuance of a separate check on the fifteenth of the following month. All 16 overtime must be approved by the immediate supervisor according to El Reno Public School 17 Board Policy 18 Section 5. – Compensatory Time
State Payment. A. For the 2016 – 2017 school year, all employees, eligible under State of Oklahoma guidelines, who participate in the District’s health insurance plan shall receive a Flexible Benefit Allowance (FBA), paid by the State of Oklahoma in the amount of $526.88 per month through December and $571.04 per month in January, effective with the first day of the following month of date of hire regarding contract for the 2016 – 2017 school year, employees will be compensated accordingly.
B. For the 2016 – 2017 school year, all employees who do not participate in the District’s Health Insurance Plan shall receive a Flexible Benefit Allowance (FBA) of $189.69 per month, effective the first day of the following month of date of hire regarding contract for the 2016 – 2017 school year.

The District will apply the FBA toward the total premium cost of the District’s Health Plan. Any excess FBA allowance over the cost of the major medical coverage purchased by the teacher may be used to purchase addition benefits through the District’s Section 125 Cafeteria Plan or may be taken as taxable compensation as provided for by law. Part-time teachers shall receive benefits as provided for by state law. If the State FBA changes during the 2020-2021 school year, teachers will receive the appropriate payment as required by law.
B. Teachers who choose not to participate in Major Medical Coverage offered through the district sponsored Cafeteria Plan. For the 2020-2021 school year, teachers who choose not to participate in the District Health Insurance Plan shall receive, as part of Total Compensation, sixty-nine dollars and seventy-one cents ($69.71) per month which may be applied to options in the District’s Section 125 Cafeteria Plan or may be taken as taxable compensation, in lieu of the flexible benefit allowance provided for in part A. above. Eligibility for individual teachers to receive Flexible Benefit Allowance payments will be as determined by the State Department of Education.
