Statutory Holidays and Vacation. Board and lodging will be allowed for statutory holidays. During annual vacation period, lodging expenses only will be allowed, whenever it is necessary for the employee to retain this lodging for use after vacation, and approval has been obtained from the department head.
Statutory Holidays and Vacation. If a statutory or declared holiday falls or is observed during an employee's vacation period, an additional day of vacation for each holiday shall be granted in addition to the regular vacation time.
