Student Involvement. Every effort will be made to avoid the unnecessary involvement of students in the grievance procedure.
Student Involvement. If a party involves a Student in an Approved Research Project, then that party acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) it must ensure that the Student complies with clauses 15 and 16; and
(b) it will enter into a written agreement with the Student setting out the terms on which the Student is involved in an Approved Research Project, including:
(i) assigning ownership of Research Project IP (other than copyright in the Student's thesis) to the party so that it can be dealt with in accordance with this agreement;
(ii) a licence of the Student's Intellectual Property (if any) that is sufficient to enable the party to grant the licences required under this agreement in respect of Background IP; and
(iii) other terms consistent with this agreement regarding Confidential Information, protection of Research Project IP, publication and announcements and releases.
Student Involvement. At all times in its exercise of the foregoing rights and privileges, the Association agrees that it will in no way involve members of the student body in any Association affairs nor will the Association permit the use of students as couriers either inside or outside the school buildings for Association business. This is not intended to discourage the continuation of the annual scholarship fund raising function.
Student Involvement. 1. High School Students who are involved as teacher assistants can gain much, both educationally and in appreciation of the teacher’s role. These students may be capable of assisting others to learn through reading, preparation of learning materials, etc. Lab assistants, team managers, etc., are examples of advantageous involvement of students where opportunities can be offered to that student for important incidental learning.

You will find many exceptional teachers on our staff. You will also discover many opportunities to take part in a wide variety of extra-curricular activities.
Student Involvement. Each Host Institution will enter into a written agreement with each student that it involves in the Cancer Grand Challenge on terms consistent with those of this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each of those students may continue to use Background of the other Host Institutions and Foreground for the purpose of completing their thesis, even if the Host Institution that involved the student in its Activities becomes a Leaving Party. If Funding is used to support part of the study programme of a student involved in the Cancer Grand Challenge, the Host Institution that involved the student will use reasonable efforts to find alternative means to fund the remainder of that student’s study programme. Upon filling any studentship post in connection with the Cancer Grand Challenge, the relevant Host Institution shall provide CRUK with the student’s contact details and project details.
Student Involvement. An intent of this Contract and program is to maximize experience and hands-on training for MATC students. To that end, the Approved Rehab Plan shall be written with MATC input in involving its students so they may gain experience, college credit, and certification, if applicable to become more desirable in the marketplace.
Student Involvement. Participants who have enrolled students who are involved in the Activities, or who have students under their supervision, acknowledge and agree that:
(a) they must ensure that those students comply with clause 45 (Confidential Information);
(b) they must ensure that Centre IP developed by the student is owned in accordance with clause 23 (Centre IP), provided that the student will own the copyright in his or her thesis;
(c) they must ensure that Agreement Material developed by the student is owned in accordance with clause 34.1(a);
(d) the only restrictions on publishing a student’s thesis will be those reasonably necessary to protect Party Confidential Information, Background IP, Centre IP or Centre Confidential Information, provided that nothing in this agreement will prohibit a copy of a student’s completed thesis being placed in the student’s university library. The Company may, acting reasonably, require the relevant university to arrange for a relevant student’s thesis to be placed under restricted access in the University’s library for a period not exceeding 12 months;
(e) the Company will not inhibit the right of a student to have his or her thesis examined, but an examiner may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect Confidential Information; and
(f) before a student becomes involved in any Activities, the Company may require that the student and the institution in which the student is enrolled enter into a written agreement, in a form approved by the Company, setting out the terms on which the student is involved in the Activities, which shall be consistent with the principles in this clause 43.
Student Involvement. The College is committed to hearing and acting upon the ‘student voice’ and creating a learning community with students and staff as ‘partners in learning’ based on mutual respect and drawing on the knowledge and experience of all students and staff to most effectively enhance the student learning experience. This commitment builds on an expectation of joint ownership and decision making over both the process and outcomes where the reflective practice with both student and staff inform the development and enhancement of all aspects of its educational provision. A partnership between HE students and the College/Department involving shared ownership of the learning process, better-informed decisions and an improved learning experience for HE students. HE students are at the centre of Higher Education quality management at the College having input into institutional and subject/departmental level committees and thematic reviews and annual monitoring, with every student having adequate opportunity to reflect on their experiences at the College. Our Student Involvement Strategy aims to complement the HE Learning and Teaching Strategy in driving forward the College’s work to involve students appropriately and effectively in enhancing the collective student learning experience through institutional and HE Students’ Forum practices.
Student Involvement. 7.1 甲、乙双方各自的学生可以参与本协议项目的研究工作。除本协议另有约定外，参与项目研究工作的学生的成本、费用、支出、风险等由该学生所属的单位承担，协议对方不承担任何责任。 对参与项目研究的学生，该学生所属研究所应该：
(a) 与该学生签署一份保密协议，该保密义务应该与本协议第6条规定的内容相一致；
(b) 在该学生对其论文享有著作权的前提下，确保本协议双方对该学生创造的项目知识产权依照第5条的规定享有相应的权利。
7.1. Students from both Parties can participate in the Project. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Party which the Students belongs to is responsible for the costs, expenses and risks of the Student involved in the Project, and the other Party would not assume any responsibility. One Party shall perform the following conducts for the involvement of its own Students:
(a) signing a confidentiality Agreement containing obligations which are consistent with Clause 6 in this Agreement with each Student.
(b) ensuring that both Parties enjoy the right to any Project Intellectual Property developed by a Student in accordance with Clause 5 of this Agreement, provided that the Student will own the copyright in his or her thesis;
7.2 经协议双方协商，协议一方所属的学生可以被选派到对方研究所从事本项目的研究工作。被选派学生在对方研究所的成本、费用、支出、风险等，可以由己方承担/对方承担/协议双方另行协商确定。 如果被选派的学生在对方研究所研究期间无法继续进行该研究，那么选派一方应该书面通知对方，并另行选派合适人选并在征得对方同意的情况下，替换该学生。
