Sunday Holidays. In the event that one of the within-named Statutory Holidays falls on Sunday, it shall be observed the following Monday.

Sunday Holidays. When a holiday designated in Article 17.1 above falls on a Sunday, employees shall be entitled to the succeeding work day not a designated holiday.
Sunday Holidays. If the date of termination of this Lease shall fall on a Sunday or a Holiday, then Tenant's obligations under Section
24.01 shall be performed on or prior to the Saturday or business day immediately preceding such Sunday or Holiday.
