You will undertake a 3 monthly one 2 one review, to review your experience within Motherwell and to ensure your role is progressing. Supervision, Support and Flexibility. You will be supported by the University of Northampton Students’ Union’s Sport Development Coordinator (SDC) during your time as a Northampton Student Sport coach. Additional support and guidance will be available from the Students’ Union’s Student Opportunities Manager and the National Governing Body (NGB) for your respective sport. You will provide services to the agreed Northampton Student Sports Club on agreed days, as well as at agreed times and in such places as agreed with the club’s committee. You must then accurately invoice for these hours using your own or the provided invoice form. This invoice must include the hours and dates that you worked, total amount (broken down by each session), your Unique Taxpayer Reference Number (UTR number) and invoice number. This invoice needs to be submitted to xx.xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx with the club’s treasurer included in the email to check any discrepancies. Payment will be made by the sports department without authorisation from the treasurer, but should they recognise any issues with sessions charged for this should be amended in the next monthly invoice before it will be paid. It is your responsibility to submit the completed invoice before the monthly deadline, otherwise you will not be paid until the following month. As you are self-employed, there are no benefits from The University of Northampton Students’ Union applicable in the provision of the services. You will be responsible for payment of all expenses incurred in providing such services. You must submit your coaching qualifications and public liability insurance annually, as well as updating the documents when they are due to expire. To deliver weekly quality, planned coaching sessions to the club to aid the development and cohesion of the performance of both individuals and the club. Deliver training sessions as agreed annually with the club committee or Students’ Union. Any additional sessions are to be agreed between coach and club committee. To assist in the organisation of trials and selection of players following Union Day recruitment (if so decided by the club committee) To encourage and nurture an environment where cohesion, development, performance and enjoyment can exist and is expected. Report to the club committee if any discrepancies are noted within the club and know the escalation route through the University of Northampton Students’ Union.   • Faculty Selection, Supervision, and Evaluation A. Faculty for a dual credit course will be approved and employed by Hill College. The instructor must meet credential requirements of Hill College and minimum requirements as specified by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Each faculty member assigned to teach an academic course will have a master’s degree plus 18 hours in the specific discipline. Technical course instructors will have at least an associate degree and three years of work experience in the related business or industry. B. Instructors teaching dual credit courses must meet the same standards, review, and approval procedures as full- time, regular Hill College faculty. C. Faculty for a dual credit course who are not a full-time faculty member of Hill College report directly to the appropriate Xxxx of Instruction for the pathway in which the course(s) is being taught. The college shall supervise and evaluate part-time faculty teaching dual credit courses using the same or comparable procedures used for full-time faculty employed by college. D. The performance appraisal process for dual credit instructors will be conducted by the immediate supervisor and reviewed by the second line supervisor prior to the appraisal interview with the employee. The dual credit faculty evaluation process will mirror the evaluation process used at the college for all full-time faculty members and will be done according to the college policy manual. All dual credit faculty will be periodically evaluated using the following means: 1) random classroom observation by the immediate supervisor of that discipline, 2) student evaluations and 3) self-evaluation. E. All Dual Credit faculty instructors will be supervised by the following means: i. When dual credit classes are visited during a classroom observation, supervisors will ask to see items such as the textbook, observe instruction and interaction with students, and request a class syllabus and a sample of class tests, quizzes, labs, and/or projects. ii. Dual Credit instructors are given a self-evaluation form and are asked to fill it out and return the form to their Hill College supervisor. iii. All dual credit instructors are given a master syllabus for the course. The master syllabus provides grading policy and student learning outcomes. iv. All dual credit instructors are required to participate in the assessment process. v. All dual credit instructors are required to certify rosters. vi. All dual credit instructors are required to submit final grades. F. Faculty teaching courses, which result in the award of college credit, will be regularly employed faculty members of Hill College. All faculty selected by Hill College to teach dual credit classes will be considered employees of Hill College and will be compensated by the college in accordance with Hill College policy, procedures, and guidelines. G. Applications for employment and official transcripts from each college or university attended MUST be submitted and approved prior to the start of classes. All paperwork will be kept on file at Hill College.

  • Information and Services Required of the Owner The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.

  • CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenance. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

  • Client Responsibility For clarity, the parties agree that in reviewing the documents referred to in clause (b) above, Patheon’s role will be limited to verifying the accuracy of the description of the work undertaken or to be undertaken by Patheon. Subject to the foregoing, Patheon will not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of any application for receipt of an approval by a Regulatory Authority. The Client is solely responsible for the preparation and filing of the application for approval by the Regulatory Authority and any relevant costs will be borne by the Client.

  • The Publisher’s Responsibilities Subject always to the other provisions of this Clause below, the Publisher will undertake the production, publication and distribution of the Contribution and the Work in print and/or electronic form at its own expense and risk within a reasonable time after acceptance of the Work unless the Publisher is prevented from or delayed in doing so due to any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Publisher shall have the entire control of such production, publication and distribution determined in its sole discretion in relation to any and all editions and versions of the Contribution and the Work, including in respect of all the following matters: (a) distribution channels, including determination of markets; (b) determination of the range and functions of electronic formats and/or the number of print copies produced; (c) publication and distribution of the Contribution, the Work, or parts thereof as individual content elements, in accordance with market demand or other factors; (d) determination of layout and style as well as the standards for production; (e) setting or altering the list price, and allowing for deviations from the list price (if permitted under applicable jurisdiction); (f) promotion and marketing as the Publisher considers most appropriate. All rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property or related rights in the typography, design and/or look-and-feel of the Contribution shall remain the exclusive property of and are reserved to the Publisher. All illustrations and any other material or tangible or intangible property prepared at the expense of the Publisher including any marketing materials remain, as between the Parties, the exclusive property of the Publisher. The provisions of this subclause shall continue to apply notwithstanding any termination of, and/or any reversion of rights in the Contribution to the Author, under this Agreement. Without prejudice to the Publisher's termination and other rights hereunder including under the Clause "The Author's Responsibilities", it is agreed and acknowledged by the Parties that nothing in this Agreement shall constitute an undertaking on the part of the Publisher to publish the Contribution unless and until: (i) any and all issues in relation to the Work (including all necessary revisions, consents and permissions) raised by the Publisher have been resolved to the Publisher’s satisfaction, and (ii) the Publisher has given written notice of acceptance in writing of the final manuscript of the entire Work to the Editor. If following (i) and (ii) above the Publisher has not published the Contribution in any form within a reasonable period and the Author has given written notice to the Publisher requiring it to publish within a further reasonable period and the Publisher has failed to publish in any form, then the Author may terminate this Agreement by one month's written notice to the Publisher and all rights granted by the Author to the Publisher under this Agreement shall revert to the Author (subject to the provisions regarding any third party rights under any subsisting licence or sub-licence in accordance with the Clause "Termination"). The Author may also give such written notice requiring publication on the same terms as above if the Publisher has published the Contribution but subsequently ceases publishing the Contribution in all forms so that it is no longer available. This shall be the Author's sole right and remedy in relation to such non-publication and is subject always to the Author's continuing obligations hereunder including the Clause "Warranty".

  • Customer Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all access to and use of the Service through your account or password(s) and for any fees incurred for the Service, or for software or other merchandise purchased through the Service, or any other expenses incurred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree that you are responsible for backing up (a) any data you submit, receive or transfer over the Service, including, without limitation, your email; and (b) any data, files, programs, or applications on any device you connect to the Service. You acknowledge that you are aware that content accessible on or through the Service may contain material that is unsuitable for minors (persons under 18 years of age). You agree to supervise usage of your account by minors. You ratify and confirm any obligations incurred by a minor using your account.

  • Contractor Responsibility (a) The Contractor shall be responsible for the entire Performance under the Contract regardless of whether the Contractor itself performs. The Contractor shall be the sole point of contact concerning the management of the Contract, including Performance and payment issues. The Contractor is solely and completely responsible for adherence by the Contractor Parties to all applicable provisions of the Contract. (b) The Contractor shall exercise all reasonable care to avoid damage to the State's property or to property being made ready for the State's use, and to all property adjacent to any work site. The Contractor shall promptly report any damage, regardless of cause, to the State.

  • Management Responsibility No Limited Partner, as such, shall take part in the management of the business or transact any business for the Partnership.

  • Customer’s Responsibility The policies in this document apply to the use of Data by Customers, Redistributors and their End Customers. Customers are responsible for compliance with this policy by all members of the Customer’s Group and by all persons to whom they distribute Data where authorised to do so. Turquoise recommends that Customers make this Schedule available to all Subscribers to their services having access to Data which is subject to Charges, reporting requirements or usage restrictions.

  • Professional Responsibility 19.01 The parties agree that resident care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice and workload are resolved in a timely and effective manner, as set out below; In the event that the Home assigns a number of residents or a workload to an individual employee or group of employees, such that she or they have cause to believe that she or they are being asked to perform more work than is consistent with proper resident care, she or they shall: i) At the time the workload issue occurs, discuss the issue within the Home to develop strategies to meet resident care needs using current resources. If necessary, using established lines of communication, seek immediate assistance from an individual(s) identified by the Home who has responsibility for timely resolution of workload issues. ii) Failing resolution at the time of occurrence of the workload issue, complain in writing to the Union-Management Committee within twenty (20) calendar days of the alleged improper assignment. The chairperson of the Union-Management Committee shall convene a meeting of the Union-Management Committee within twenty (20) calendar days of the filing of the complaint. The Union-Management Committee shall hear and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of both parties. The Employer will provide a written response to the Union, with a copy to the ONA representation within ten (10) calendar days. iii) Prior to the complaint being forwarded to the Independent Assessment Committee, the Union may forward a written report outlining the complaint and recommendations to the Director of Resident Care and/or the Administrator. iv) At any time during this process, the parties may agree to the use of a mediator to assist in the resolution of the Professional Practice issues. v) Any settlement arrived at under 19.01 (a) i) – iii) shall be signed by the parties. vi) Failing resolution of the complaint within twenty (20) calendar days of the meeting of the Union-Management Committee, the complaint shall be forwarded to an independent Assessment Committee composed of three (3) registered nurses; one chosen by the Ontario Nurses' Association, one chosen by the Home and one chosen from a panel of independent registered nurses who are well respected within the profession. The member of the Committee chosen from the panel of independent registered nurses shall act as Chairperson. vii) The Independent Assessment Committee shall set a date to conduct a hearing into the complaint, within twenty (20) calendar days of its appointment, and shall be empowered to investigate as is necessary to properly assess the merits of the complaint. The Independent Assessment Committee shall report its findings, in writing, to the parties within twenty (20) calendar days following completion of its hearing. (b) i) The list of Independent Assessment Committee Chairpersons is attached as Appendix “B”. The members of the panel shall sit in rotation as agreed by the parties. If a panel member is unable to sit within the time limit stipulated, the panel member next scheduled to sit will be appointed by the parties.
