Support Term and Fees. The initial term for Support of the Software will commence on the Effective Date and continue for such initial Support Period as shown on the applicable Order Form. Support will automatically renew for successive one (1) year renewal terms unless and until terminated as provided in Section 8.5. Unless otherwise provided in the Order Form, Support will be provided to Customer at no additional charge during the initial twelve (12)-month term following the Effective Date. Support fees for each successive Support renewal term are payable by Customer annually in advance. At the request of Licensor, Customer will provide Licensor with an update and/or confirmation of the number of Users of the Software and to the extent such number of Users has increased, Customer will pay Licensor such increased license fees and Support as required hereunder.

Support Term and Fees. The initial term for Support of the Software, if any, will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for the period of time indicated on the applicable Order unless or until terminated as provided in Section 6.5 (Support Termination; Reinstatement). Customer shall pay Support fees at the rate set forth in the applicable Order, or if none is stated, at the current GSA Schedule Price list prices. Upon expiration of a Support term, Customer may renew for a single- or multiple-year term at current list prices.
Support Term and Fees. Support and maintenance begin upon Licensee’s registration with Matrox and extend for a one (1) year period from the Effective Date or until prior termination as otherwise provided herein. Matrox has no obligation to provide Licensee with any support and maintenance after this initial one (1) year term. Upon expiry of the maintenance and support term, Licensee may continue to receive support and maintenance for one (1) year by purchasing additional support and maintenance at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the current term at the price stipulated in the then current Matrox OEM price list.

  • Short Term Layoff In the event of short term layoffs (a layoff of less than thirteen (13) weeks) the Employer will determine the shift(s) and classification(s) in which the layoffs will occur. The parties can agree to alternative methods of reduction of hours if time permits.

  • Short Term Sick Leave 8. Each school year, an employee absent beyond the eleven (11) sick leave days paid at 100% of salary, as noted in section 2 above, shall be entitled up to an additional one hundred and twenty (120) days short term sick leave to be paid at a rate of 90 per cent of the employee’s regular salary if the employee is absent due to personal illness including medical appointments as per the collective agreement provisions and practices in effect as at August 31, 2012.

  • Short Term Leave Members who are LTD trustees and Union stewards or designates may apply in writing to the Employer for short term leaves of absence for; attendance at union conventions, union courses, and union committees. The employee will give reasonable notice, which will be at least seven (7) days. The Employer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such leave, and shall grant it subject to the ability to maintain the operational needs of the department. With the exception of members of the Union's executive, the employer is not required to grant more than twenty (20) days LOA per calendar year under this provision.
