The Authority's. Representative shall, after receipt of written details under Clause 24.4 (Delay Events and Compensation Events), or of further particulars under Clause 24.5 (Delay Events and Compensation Events), be entitled by notice in writing to require D&B Co to provide such further supporting particulars as he may reasonably consider necessary. D&B Co shall afford the Authority's Representative reasonable facilities for investigating the validity of D&B Co's claim including, without limitation, onsite inspection.
The Authority's. The Authority's. Representative shall be entitled at any time, by notice to Project Co, to authorise any other person to exercise the functions and powers of the Authority delegated to him pursuant to this Clause 8 (Representatives), either generally or specifically. Any act of any such person shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, constitute an act of the Authority's Representative and all references to the "Authority's Representative" in this Agreement (apart from this Clause 8 (Representatives)) shall be taken as references to such person so far as they concern matters within the scope of such person's authority.

The project timescales will be dependent on the Agency project manager: Working with the Capgemini Project Manager to ensure there is understanding and clarity of the business requirements and IT requirements To be the business interface To Drive business communication to the Agency stakeholders in conjunction with the Capgemini PM To raise the requisite IMAC documentation To confirm and ensure Site Access To manage and be the point of escalation for all 3rd parties whose relationship is managed by the Authority (IM services)* To manage all governance processes in a timely manner To manage all project resources timesheet sign offs on a monthly basis To ensure all invoices from agency suppliers are paid in a timely manner, eg Evolution Resources, Northern Realisation* Develop and encourage an open collaborative structure for all parties who are involved *The Authority (IM Services) will liaise with the following 3rd parties: Evolution Global Crossing Relocation type Chargeable IMAC Lead times Implementation lead times 02 Moves (Xxxxx field) 20 days 40 – 50 days 03 New Office (Green field) 20 days days *Where a 20 day lead time for chargeable IMAC’s is unachievable, the agency and Capgemini to agree a new implementation date or a revised IMAC sign off date
The Authority's. It is expected that the Agency will assign a fully qualified and experienced test team to carry out testing. The Agency will provide prompt review and feedback of the deliverables within the time specified against each deliverable in accordance with the XXXX Review, Approval & Authorisation Process. UAT Plan and test scripts to be written by the IM Services UAT Lead and made available to Capgemini for review 2 weeks prior to the start of UAT (currently planned to be 01-Aug-11). Failure to obtain the above to the dates specified in the agreed project plan will prevent delivery of milestones and deliverables within timeframes as outlined within this contract. It is also expected that the Agency will provide business subject matter expertise and facilitate the required business engagement.

The Authority's. GMDA’s Engineer shall submit a monthly inspection report (the “Inspection Report”) to the Authority/GMDA and the Contractor bringing out the results of inspections and the remedial action taken by the Contractor in respect of Defects or deficiencies. For the avoidance of doubt, such inspection or submission of Inspection Report by the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer shall not relieve or absolve the Contractor of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement in any manner whatsoever.
The Authority's. GMDAs Engineer shall issue the IPC within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the claim under Clause 19.8.1, after making adjustments in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Authority/GMDA shall pay to the Contractor the amount due under any IPC within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the submission of the claim under this Clause 19.8. In the event of the failure of the Authority/GMDA to make payment to the Contractor within the specified time, the Authority/GMDA shallbe liable to pay to the Contractor interest thereon and the provisions of Clause 19.9 shall apply mutatis mutandis thereto.
The Authority's. GMDAs Engineer shall certify final payment within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the final payment statement of Maintenance under Clause 19.16.1, segregating the items of amount payable from the items of amount disallowed. The Authority/GMD shall make payment on the basis of the final payment authorized by the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer within a period of 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the Final Payment Statement from the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer.
