Community Guidelines. When you create an Account or otherwise use the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that: ● You will abide by these Terms. ● You are responsible for keeping your Account password secret and secure. ● You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any activity that occurs through your Account. ● You agree that XxxxxXxxxx is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any User. MuzicSwipe reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other Users. ● You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, software, accessories, and other equipment needed for you to access and to use the Platform. ● You will treat others with respect (including when communicating with any MuzicSwipe representatives or other employees). ● You will not impersonate any person or entity; falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity; access the Accounts of others without permission; misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via the Platform; or perform any other similar fraudulent activity. ● You will not use the Platform for any harmful, illegal, nefarious, or untoward purpose. ● You will not use or attempt to use any cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, or any third-party software designed to interfere with the Platform. ● You will not solicit, collect, use, or attempt to use the Account login credentials of any other User. ● You will not defame, stalk, bully, spam, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate anyone on the Platform, and you must not stream, broadcast or post or otherwise use information via the Platform that may lead to violations of intellectual property or data privacy laws. ● You will not interfere or disrupt the Platform or its servers or networks connected to the Platform including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware, malicious code, or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature. You may not inject content or code or otherwise alter or interfere with how any MuzicSwipe page is rendered or displayed in a browser or on a device. ● You will not crawl, scrape, cache, or otherwise access any content or information (including User Content) on the Platform via automated means. ● You will not create an Account through any unauthorized means, including but not limited to, by using an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler, or scraper. Community Guidelines. 18.1 A copy of the 27Cluver Community Guidelines is attached hereto as Schedule 2 and forms part of the material terms of this Lease. As such, a breach of the 27Cluver Community Guidelines will constitute a breach of this Lease.
Community GuidelinesThe Lessee acknowledges receipt of a complete and current copy of the Kingstown Mobile Home Park Rules & Regulations (Community Guidelines) and the Lessee acknowledges that he/she/they have had ample time and opportunity to read said Park Rules & Regulations (Community Guidelines) prior to signing this Lease Agreement. Section 31-44-3 of the Rhode Island General Laws requires all rules and regulations governing your tenancy to be fair and reasonable. Rules not in compliance with the Rhode Island Laws cannot be enforced against you. The Lessee and all persons residing in or visiting his/her/their mobile and manufactured home shall abide by and follow the Park Rules & Regulations (Community Guidelines).
Community Guidelines. Tenants and Tenants’ guests and invitees must comply with all written rules and policies, including those defined in this Lease and any Rules and Regulations Addendum that Landlord adopts for the Apartment Community, the current version of which is attached to this Lease as Exhibit E. These rules and policies are considered to be a part of this Lease and Landlord can revise, amend, expand or discontinue the rules and policies at any time at Landlord’s sole discretion by posting, mailing, or emailing notice to tenants.

Community GuidelinesThese rules are agreed to by the Lessee and will apply for the duration of the Lease. They should be on topic and presume the good will of other posters. o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that publicly endorses or speaks in opposition to a specific candidate, political party or political action committee as well as divisive speech, and personal attacks of public figures. o You agree not to violate or infringe the rights of The Church of the Holy Redeemer or others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity or other proprietary rights; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that is unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortuous, or contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that victimizes, harasses, degrades, intimidates, discriminates against, or retaliates against an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, sex, race, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or other characteristics protected by applicable state or federal law; o You agree not to interfere with any other user’s right to privacy, including by harvesting or collecting personally-identifiable information about the Site or posting private information about a third party; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of a computer or computer network; o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or that gives rise to civil liability; and o You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any User Content that interferes with the use of the Site by others. Community GuidelinesThe Community Guidelines are to be read and understood together with Part A and Part B of the Agreement. 1. To the extent that the Site has a community aspect or links to external social media platforms related to the Programme, such social aspects are aimed at forming a sense of community, helping people be inspired by the actions of key influencers, experts, friends and people that share a passion for their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of their pets. 2. As part of this community aspect, the User may post personal opinions, messages and ideas to the Site and/or social media platforms. 3. The User undertakes not to post content to the Site that may be illegal, defamatory, infringing, harassing, obscene, commercial / personal marketing, profane, untrue, incorrect, harmful, or which would reasonably be regarded as inappropriate, and the User accepts that Xxxxxx may remove this content from the Site or any social media platform. 4. By posting content the User: 1. grants Yapper a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty- free license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, modify, create derivative works of, and otherwise use and commercially exploit such content in relation to the Programme; 2. represents that it owns the content, and/or has the right to use it and the right to grant Yapper the rights and license as provided in this Agreement, and that the posting of the content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity; and 3. consents to take part in Xxxxxx’s publicity campaigns, and the User confirms that he/she will not be entitled to any remuneration for such participation and all materials arising from such participation will be the sole property of Xxxxxx. 5. The User hereby accepts and acknowledges that a violation of the Community Guidelines will constitute a material breach of the Agreement and Yapper will, without derogating from any right which it may have under the Agreement, any other agreement, legislation or the common law, have the right to discontinue any service provided to the User and remove the User’s access from the Site or social media platform. 6. Yapper does not curate, control, filter or read postings on the Site on an ongoing basis, and the User acknowledges and agrees that Yapper shall not be responsible, in any way, for any User postings. Community Guidelines. The Services may permit Customer, Authorized Users, and other users of the Services to upload data, information, or other materials, including Customer Data, in a manner that makes such data, information, or other materials publicly available or accessible to other users of the Services. Customer is solely responsible for any data, information, or other materials, including Customer Data that it or one of Customer's Authorized Users ruploads to the Services. Neither Customer nor any Authorized User will use the Services to do any of the following: (a) Harass, threaten, disrupt or defraud other users or otherwise create or contribute to an unsafe, harassing, threatening or disruptive environment; (b) Make unsolicited offers, advertisements, political campaigns, proposals, or send junk mail or “spam” to other users; (c) Impersonate another person or access another user’s account; (d) Share Provider-issued passwords with any third party or encourage any other users to do so; (e) Upload any material that is damaging to computer systems or data of Provider or users of the Services (e.g. viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software files); (f) Upload or post any material that is inappropriately violent, unduly graphic, pornographic, bigoted, derogatory, racist, or offensive, or that violates the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
