ATTENDANCE BONUSES. 16.01 Attendance is an important factor in the successful operation of the New-Albany Plain Local School District. 16.02 Attendance Incentive Plan: 1st quarter: $150.00 for 0 absences (September 1st-November 30th) 2nd quarter: $150.00 for 0 absences (December 1st-February 28th/29th) 3rd quarter: $150.00 for 0 absences (March 1st-May 31st) 4th quarter: $150.00 for 0 absences (June 1st-August 31st) (only applies to 11-12 month employees) In addition to quarterly incentives, any employee with 0 absences total for his/her contractual work year, unless excluded below, shall also earn an additional $200.00. 16.03 The following leaves shall not adversely impact any employee’s ability to earn attendance incentives: Assault, Bereavement, Jury Duty, Professional (Administrative, Student Related, Disciplinary, In-service/Conference), Personal, or Vacation, as applicable. 16.04 Incentives will be paid in the bi-monthly pay periods as follows: 1st quarter on or before December 25th 2nd quarter on or before March 25th 3rd quarter on or before June 25th 4th quarter on or before September 25th Total year incentive on or before September 25th

ATTENDANCE BONUSES. Each employee covered by this Agreement shall be eligible for an attendance bonus as follows: An employee who has used no personal, sick or unpaid leave during the period of the first contracted day of work each school year through the first semester shall be paid a perfect attendance semester bonus of $200.00, payable in the last paycheck in January. An employee who has used no personal, sick or unpaid leave during the period of the second semester shall be paid a perfect attendance semester bonus of $200.00, payable in the first paycheck in July. An employee who has used no personal, sick or unpaid leave during the entire school year shall be paid a perfect attendance yearly bonus of $400.00 in addition to their semester bonuses, payable in the first paycheck in July.
ATTENDANCE BONUSES. 16.01 Attendance is an important factor in the successful operation of the New-Albany Plain Local School District. 16.02 Attendance Incentive Plan: 1st quarter: $125.00 for 0 absences 2nd quarter: $125.00 for 0 absences 3rd quarter: $125.00 for 0 absences 4th quarter: $125.00 for 0 absences In addition to quarterly incentives, any employee with 0 absences total for his/her contractual work year, unless excluded below, shall also earn an additional $150.00. 09-10 month employees are eligible for 4 incentives totaling $525.00 11-12 month employees are eligible for 5 incentives totaling $650.00 16.03 The following leaves shall not adversely impact any employee’s ability to earn attendance incentives: Xxxxxxx, Bereavement, Jury Duty, Professional (Administrative, Student Related, Disciplinary, In-service/Conference), Personal, or Vacation, as applicable. 16.04 Incentives will be paid in the bi-monthly pay periods as follows: 1st 9 weeks on or before November 10th 2nd 9 weeks on or before February 10th 3rd 9 weeks on or before April 25th 4th 9 weeks on or before July 10th Total year incentive on or before July 25th 16.05 Recognizing that daily attendance at work is an important factor in the successful operations of the school district, an additional attendance incentive will be provided to non-teaching employees by job classification. Specifically, any non-teaching employee job classification as a whole with greater than 85% daily attendance for the contractual work year assigned to each job classification shall earn a two-hundred fifty ($250) dollar annual stipend for every employee in the job classification payable within forty-five (45) days of the conclusion of the work year assigned to said job classification. For example, if all employees within the job classification, “bus driver”, have a daily attendance rate of 94% for the entire contractual work year, all “bus drivers” will receive a one-time stipend of $250 since their job classification, “bus driver”, had greater than 85% attendance for the contractual work year. However, if the job classification, “aide”, has a daily attendance rate of 78% for the entire contractual work year, employees hired within the “aide” job classification will not earn the additional $250 attendance stipend. If an employee is hired for multiple job classifications, he/she shall be eligible to earn the attendance stipend within each job classification for which he/she is employed.
ATTENDANCE BONUSES. The current practice shall continue during the life of this Agreement.

Related to ATTENDANCE BONUSES

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Attendance Incentive It is the desire of both the Employer and the Union to provide consistent quality bus service for all students. It is also a mutual desire to have qualified permanent District bus drivers available to drive all identified bus routes. Based on this mutual interest, the parties agree to this Attendance Incentive program during the life of the Agreement:

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.

  • Attendance Incentive Program In January of the year following any year in which a minimum of sixty (60) days of leave for illness or injury is accrued, and each January thereafter, any eligible employee may exercise an option to receive remuneration for unused leave for illness or injury accumulated in the previous year at a rate equal to one (1) day of monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days of accrued leave for illness or injury in excess of sixty (60) days. Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.

  • Annual Bonuses For each fiscal year during the term of employment, the Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus in the amount, if any, as may be determined from time to time by the Board in its discretion.

  • Performance Bonus The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus, payable within sixty (60) days after the end of the fiscal year of the Employer, in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the Executive's Base Salary for the applicable year. The amount, if any, shall be determined by the Board, or the appropriate committee thereof, and shall generally be based on a combination of organization-wide and individual performance criteria.

  • Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Sick Leave Bonus ‌ For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Annual Bonus Compensation Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus each Contract Year (“Annual Bonus”) as the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors shall determine. Executive’s Annual Bonus shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s executive compensation policies as in effect from time to time during the Term and shall be based, in part, on his achieving his individual performance goals for the year and, in part, on the Company’s achieving its performance goals for the year.
